We recently had Advanced Water Solutions install a water softener system in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. They also took the time to explain how the system worked and how to maintain it, answering all of our questions thoroughly. The difference in our water quality is immediately noticeable. We recently had a new water softener and reverse osmosis filter installed at our house. From the initial call to Advanced Water Solutions to set up an estimate appointment, thru the completion of the install, everything went smoothly and my interactions with AWS staff were terrific! Everyone was extremely cordial and thorough in answering my MANY questions! Peggy in the office has been great in answering my questions, setting up appointments and directing me to other staff as needed. Initial home representative Josh was cordial, patient with questions and thorough, in testing our water and showing me our options for water softening solutions. At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase decision, which was greatly appreciated! On installation, installer technician Paul gave me a heads up call to let me know that he was on his way. Once here, Paul was extremely personable, professional and quick in completing the install steps. Was nice talking with him and he kept me informed, during the install when I had questions. Once installed, he was very thorough in guiding me through the equipment usage. Having soft water and reverse osmosis drinking water, the past 3 days has been a real eye opener, as compared to our previous tap water. My family is thrilled too. Thanks Would highly recommend AWS for anyone contemplating having soft, great tasting water. The MANY great customer reviews are well deserved, as is this one. Thanks AWS! read more

Advanced Water Solutions (AWS) exceeded our expectations! From the first phone call to final installation, AWS lived up to the stellar reviews we read before contacting them. Great customer service any time we called! Paul, the director of sales, arrived for his appointment with us. He tested our water, explained the results, and what options we had. There was no pressure placed on us by him at all. He described what the AWS systems did so we could then make our decision. We decided on the AWS100 Whole Home Water Softener and the Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System. On the day set for installation, the installer Danny, arrived on time. He impressed my wife and I with his overall courtesy and professionalism. He struck us as extremely competent at installing these products. He answered all the questions we had, and did so thoroughly. He worked tirelessly and without complaint. I would rate him as the best installer one could hope for. If you are considering a water system for your home, you owe it to yourself to consider AWS. They will soften and treat your water the way you expect it to be done. Conditioned water protects your home. For drinking, the Reverse Osmosis System replaces all the costly filters and plastic bottles too. Very happy that we researched first and selected Advanced Water Solutions! read more

This company installed a soft water system and a reverse osmosis drinking water system for my house and did a wonderful job. When we first moved out to CA, we brought our old system out with us. after talking to several people we decided to go with Advanced Water Solutions to install our old system and a new reverse osmosis system. They have come out every year to do their maintenance. Then the last time Danny came out to check the system, he told me that the water was very hard... something was not working. Needless to say, I had to purchase a new system. Paul came out and showed me all the payment options I had. A new system was installed and all was well until a couple of months later when I got a horrendous water bill. I call the company to come out and check the system. The owner came out within a couple of hours and discovered that I had a leak in one of my bathrooms. My soft water system was working fine. This company has always been so responsive to my calls. I highly recommend them. Great people and company to work with. Thank you Advanced Water Solutions. (just wish I could remember the names of all the people I have dealt with, because they have been great... from Salesmen, installers, maintenance to the office personal. Thank you again!!! read more

This is a great quality company to work with. Friendly, honest, came one day to review and quote water filtration/softening system, came back the next day and installed it along with a reverse osmosis system. We were going to meet with 2 other companies but Advanced impressed us so much and their price was more reasonable than what we were quoted over the phone from another company we cancelled the other meetings. They were rated very high on Home Advisor. Their staff are amazing and do quality work. The installer, Tim, was so friendly and explained everything we needed to know in an easy and understandable manner. Tim made sure we knew how to shut the water off, what to do if for some reason there was a small leak, made sure we understood if we kept the filter for water in the refrigerator that it wouldn't warn us to change the fridge filter (we did whole house filtration) and that the fridge filter would grow bacteria. Tim suggested putting a blank filter in the fridge. The difference in our water after installation is night and day. I immediately noticed a difference in my hair after showering. Can't say enough about Tim and Advanced Water System's. You won't go wrong choosing this company to keep you safe. The Yardley's Carpinteria, CA read more

I would highly recommend Advanced Water Solutions to anyone needing help with their water quality. We were originally going to use Culligan, and then saw the reviews which were horrible. To the contrary, Advanced Water Solutions had excellent reviews, especially regarding their customer service, and for good reason! From the person that answered the phone when we called to set up the appointment, to Jay, the owner, who came out to our house, to Hernan who did our installation, everyone was AMAZING! It is wonderful to deal with people who listen, care, and do a great job. Hernan was friendly, highly skilled, and immaculate. He left our house cleaner than when he arrived. We now have wonderful tasting water, and can actually get foam when we wash dishes or take a shower. Thanks to everyone at Advanced Water Solutions! read more

this company was a recommendation from my post on Next Door. thank you Pamela for suggesting I call them. Mike helped me immediately with the problem I was having due to my old softening system not functioning properly. He did not try to sell me a new system as 3 other companies had. When I decided that a new system was in my best interest, I got quotes doing my due diligence. Not only were they the best price for what I needed, but two days later it was installed. DAN was my technician and not only was he here on time, he was extremely professional and courteous. He explained how this system works and made sure I had no questions. I highly recommend Advanced Water Solutions. Thank you!!! Cheryl W. read more

Just got my water softener installed a few weeks ago and I love it. The install was great, they cleaned up after them self and it was done in a few hours. They came within the time frame they gave me too. Its wonderful having soft water. I notice my glasses dont have spots on them. My sink and the surrounding tile dont have hard water spots and I dont feel dry coming out of the shower. The water consultant Marco Gomez has been by 2 times to check the water and make sure it is soft, and it's working properly. It's fun to watch him do his bit of chemisty, and know that it is working the way it is supposed to. Thank you Advanced Water Solutions! I'm very happy with your service. read more

I have used Advanced Water Solutions and their Reverse Osmosis equipment in my home for over two decades. The owner, Jay, has always been great to work with, and his staff are skilled, professional, and easy to talk with. Tim recently performed the annual service on my equipment, and like Alanzo, he knows what he is doing and is happy to explain it all to me. One of the great things about their equipment is that it is a huge water saver because it uses a lot less to make the RO water than other equipment available. I have referred Advanced to family and friends all over the Santa Barbara and Ventura areas and like me, they stay with Jay and Advanced for years. read more

We have been customers of AWS since 1995. Today's service call with Paul went great. He was here at the earliest part of our appointment window. He was very friendly, professional, and installed our new RO system in record time. When I originally made the service call due to a leaking older system, Peggy and Mike fit us in on very short notice. Peggy told me that we would enjoy meeting Paul, and she was 100% right! We, also, were given a discount because we have been long-time customers. Great service! Great value! So far, so good--no leaks :-). read more

after a few quotes I hired AWS to troubleshoot my very old water softener system. Paul from AWS inspected and gave me several solutions with prices with advantages/disadvantages of each. A few days later I picked an option. He subtracted the cost of the first visit. On the day of installation I asked if he could install some filters for my RO system while he was here (from a different company). He taught me how to install and didn't charge me! He was prompt, thorough, and explained everything. I'm a very happy customer and recommend him highly! read more

I needed a maintenance visit for my water softener unit from Advanced Water. The technician, Tim, was punctual and very courteous. It was obvious that Tim has a lot of experience with the unit and was able to perform the maintenance quickly and cleanly. He took the time to explain the process and other features on the unit. The unit has performed very well to soften the extremely hard water that we have in Ventura. I would recommend the unit and Advanced Water as they represent an excellent product and exceptional service to support it. read more

at my regular visit to change the filter on my drinking water system Paul Ramirez noted that my water pressure was unusually high as well as my existing system was quite old and needed replacing, which I had been putting off! I was able to get plumber to replace pressure regulator (disaster averted). And 3 days later Paul installed my new system. I am so pleased, he was so efficient and tidy and I'm relieved. I have been with Advanced Water Solutions for years and they always provide top notch service. Thank you! read more

We recently had the AWS100 water softener from Advanced Water Solutions installed in our home. This replaced a water softener that was in operation but not doing an adequate job. Our technician, Hernon, did an excellent job during the installation. He encountered some incorrect plumbing that was contributing to our existing problems. He worked diligently to uncover the problem and and implement the solution. The difference in our water is remarkable. We are finally able to enjoy truly soft water! Many thanks! read more

Today we had AWS at our home installing a water softener. Rick was our installer and he was really easy going, professional, and very informative. I would recommend him in the future. Paul our sales person was also great! He came to my place of employment so we could have the paperwork completed in a timely manner. Paul also answered all of our many questions even after he had left our house. Paul also assured us that their installers were top notch, he wasn't wrong. Thanks, AWS for making this painless. read more

I am so impressed with Advanced Water Solutions. I called them with a small issue and they sent "Tim" to fix it, the next AM. Tim is so helpful, kind, knowledgable and went above and beyond to make sure we were all set with our water softener and now our new water purification/osmosis carbon filtering. Tim really took the time to make sure I understood the process.. he has a great energy about him and his boss should know what a valuable asset he is to the company! Thank you Tim... you're the best! :) read more

I love doing business with well established local businesses. I can see why my neighbor recommended Advanced Water Solutions. From the first contact to the last, I was treated with courtesy and respect. My technician Dan Soto was efficient and knowledgeable and offered to answer any questions. He worked quietly and treated my home with care. I feel that I made a great choice with my reverse osmosis system and will purchase a water softener in the future. I will recommend them to my friends. read more

I had a water softener and reverse osmosis installed this month. Advanced Water Solutions was extremely responsive and informative. I had the entire system in place within two weeks of reaching out! Tim Douds did a great job with our installation. He was fast, on time, explained everything, and left things spotless. Our water now tastes great and we can already see the impact of the water softener: no more spots on our glasses, less soap scum, hair feels softer, etc. read more
