In today's environment, many homeowners try to be cautious and informed when making repair decisions, especially when unfamiliar with the system being evaluated. My call was answered by a person that seemed really annoyed. She just told me that "we'll call you." After waiting for 2 months, I called again. They didn't have any recollection of that first call. They acted like they were going to do something. The person on the phone wrote something down and said she would get back to me. So, it's been about 9 months now, and I have just been met with radio silence. So again! Choose a highly rated company.
