Puragain stands behind their product and I've had no disappointments with the quality of water or the yearly service. If you're considering getting a home water filtration unit this is definitely the one to get. Tanner recently serviced my filtration system and did an excellent job. He was very polite and courteous and explained the operation of the filtration unit.

Sediment filters are standard. Carbon filters have been around for decades, and the TAC 3rd filter is not proprietary and has long been part of ALL quality home filtration system. What makes it even more irate than the price is how they promise something like free filter replacement one year from the day of initial installation. When I called 14 months after the initial installation, they refused to change it. The service Rep David who showed up initially told me it was a good idea to replace them after using a hand held tester he used to test the water. But then he also added that I had to pay $350 to replace them. Then I showed him the proof that it was supposed to be included. He then removed the filters and claimed he "could tell" they didn't need to be replaced". I asked him how would he know when he didn't test it for particles, chemicals, etc? I even told him that I am getting hard water deposits on the shower glass all the time now. He still insisted that he "could tell". Instead the service rep blamed it on the sales rep over-promising. Then when I called headquarters, they asked for proof in writing. I provided the proof that was in writing from the receipt I had. Guess what. Now they don't respond to that and I am just ignored. Please save yourself 4x the money. Contact Kind Water System, iSpring, Aquasana Rhino, 3M Aqua-Pure, or others. Saves you a lot of money and saves you the headache of trying to make them keep their written promises. Even when they came to install the system, they created the bigger water leak which I didn't realize until over 3 months after the install. I paid a plumber to fix which cost me $450. Of course they didn't accept responsibility for it. By the way, the filters are generic size so I don't even need their servicing. I had just wanted them to service what they promised (in writing) after a year. I will not be ever contacting them for a service call either because they charge $350 for annual changing of filters when I can buy them for $90 generic, and just $200 for premium generic. In summary: 1 star for - improper install (water leakage) - not even honoring their written service agreement - overcharging by far (4x the cost of other company initial install) - blaming other people in organization for problems (not my fault attitude) They are the biggest company but they are also the biggest rip off.

Garage door opener damaged, my Dyson, my Hoover cleaner and green machine. Interior wall and calling. Metal beads still all over the floor since 5/15/26. The lack of responsibility and accountability. Long story short while training a new hire during our weekly tank replacement the work was not checked and overnight the tank basically "exploded" shooting water and metal beads everywhere!!! Make sure you are home if you use their service and stand by making sure everything is properly connected and inspected!! Repeat emails and phones calls, I've asked for higher management even the owner and am told they cannot provide me that information. Filed a complaint with BBB, Our homeowners insurance and now seeking legal. Buyer beware! Thank you Gary as this is the most fastest response we have had! I shared all losses and damages pictures and videos since 5/16 and 5/19. There was nothing new behind that in fact I was asked to get quotes which I did and submit and instead your technician arrived with a motor from Home Depot that was no where close nor compatible with our existing system. All This was sent and we never heard from Alex or anyone else at your company since 6/15 and yes I finally gave up after calling asking for a call back on Friday 6/19 which NO ONE called. The email you're referring to was just sent last week - how much longer were we suppose to wait with absolutely no follow up or communication? Mind you this occurred 5/15/26. Was there a reason YOU or Alex could not give us a call as requested? And the last update was a repeat of previous communication "we are awaiting approval upper management" no name or contact shared and I asked several times. Even canceling your service was made difficult.

We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. I left that visit feeling much more informed and confident in my decision-making. After comparing a couple of other quotes, I decided to go with Pro Water Solutions--and I'm glad I did. Brad's knowledge really stood out. He tested my water, along with the bottled and filtered water we had been using, and the results were honestly shocking. Installation was scheduled and completed in less than a week after I gave the go-ahead. Daniel, the installer, was excellent--professional, detail-oriented, and made sure everything fit perfectly. He also walked me through the entire system and made sure I understood how to use it. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

His family heritage is in water business too going back to Wisconsin, anyone from there knows the last name immediately. Fast forward to yesterday morning. Dan comes out to do the install. As you can see in the picture, Dan had to get fancy with the piping because of the requirement to be able to access the fire sprinkler system in the garage. This dude was an absolute artist with his soldering skills. He's definitely a measure twice - cut once, type of guy. Just a master at his craft and nothing less. Additionally, Dan installed a RO system for drinking water under my kitchen sink. We had one but it was from 2007 and we mainly used it for coffee water and dog bowl water because it didn't really taste the best but was safe for consumption so this upgrade was very much needed. My wife got home from work to two cups of water on the dining room table, I didn't tell her which one was which. One was a cup of arrowhead spring mineral water and the other was fron the new system. She was able to tell which one was the new system HOWEVER she said it tasted great and not like the previous system. So now, going forward, we will no longer be buying arrowhead jugs and consuming micro plastics on the daily. Wrapping up: A solid 10 star if I could review of a company. Pricing was fair and customer service through the roof. Very happy they're local too. Highly Recommend.

About a week later, I contacted the main office regarding an issue with the reverse osmosis system. I was very impressed with how quickly Advanced Water Solutions responded. Alonso returned promptly, quickly troubleshot the issue, and repaired the problem efficiently. I would like to commend Advanced Water Solutions for their expedited customer service, efficient response, and excellent repair support. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly stands behind their service and values their customers. Eddie arrived on time and was initially friendly and welcoming. I showed him the issues with my…read morewater softener unit, which was leaking from both the top and the bottom. He quickly explained that the system is likely over 20 years old and that while certain parts could potentially be replaced to stop the leaking (estimated around $240 to $280), the resin and mesh system inside the tank is probably depleted due to the age of the unit. While I appreciated that he shared his assessment, I would have preferred a more thorough walkthrough of what he was seeing. As a new homeowner and someone who has never owned a personal water softener system before, I was hoping to better understand exactly where the leaks were occurring and why. When I asked for clarification or asked him to repeat certain information so I could fully understand the explanation and pricing, the responses I received were along the lines of "I already told you" or "I just explained it." At one point he also asked, "You don't believe me?" My questions were not about doubting his expertise. I simply wanted to understand the mechanics of the issue and the potential solutions. In today's environment, many homeowners try to be cautious and informed when making repair decisions, especially when unfamiliar with the system being evaluated. Walking a customer through the problem step by step and showing exactly where issues are occurring can go a long way toward building trust. While Eddie was polite when he arrived and again when he left, I ultimately left the interaction feeling patronized and uncomfortable asking further questions. Because of that experience, I decided not to move forward with repairs or replacement through him. Instead, I contacted Rayne Water and arranged for them to install a rental unit that includes yearly servicing. I share this feedback in the spirit of constructive improvement. Taking a bit more time to walk homeowners through the details of a diagnosis and responding to questions with patience would likely create a much better experience for customers who are unfamiliar with these systems.

That is what we got with carbon filtration and water softening. If you live in Southern California, you know what I am talking about. I really wish we'd installed it years ago. If you own your home, investing in a good system can improve resale value. After a lot of research and discussions with several service providers, we went with Pure Water Filtration. Brandon came to the house and designed a system that would work with our plumbing situation. Unlike others who came by, he recognized a potential issue and offered a reasonable solution. He did not try to upsell us (again, unlike others). They use Clack Systems, so there is no lock-in to a particular system. Maintenance is minimal (add "salt" every so often). Brandon and his assistant showed up for installation as planned. With minimal fuss, the unit was installed within a couple of hours. We went about 90 minutes without water. Once the unit started functioning, the difference was immediately noticeable. Service, price, and performance are why you should choose Pure Water Filtration. We could not be happier.

We called and eventually got Culligan to send someone out to service the unit, but we were told it was too old to fix. We paid for a service we weren't receiving while we made a decision on what steps to take to replace it. When I called to cancel the service (somehow a 30 minute call), they said they had to schedule to pick up their old broken unit first. I scheduled it and canceled the service, or so I thought. Then I got a bill for another month of service. I called to dispute the charges and THEN they told me if you don't give 30 days cancelation notice, they still bill you. This was NEVER mentioned in the earlier calls, and I never actually signed up with them--they took over a contract from another business that was set up before I even bought my house. I explained the situation and they wouldn't back down on the charges. They also charge a $3 fee for mailing you a paper bill (which I never chose to receive) and then they charge you a processing fee to pay with a credit card on their website regardless. Every single time I had to talk to the people at Culligan of Ventura, they were very rude, inflexible, and just acted like they were annoyed I had to audacity to call them (and I was nice on the phone). I got them to begrudgingly refund the $10 late fee, since I didn't know that I would be billed again. I hated to give them the last payment, but it isn't worth it to argue more. DO NOT give this place your business. Terrible experience all around. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
