Rayne has amazing services especially with getting a person out to the home. I will also say I have had another company and it was not easy at all and was completely unprofessional. However This was extremely easy. Beau Is absolutely one of a kind. He is prompt professional and most importantly genuinely cares about his customers. Rayne overall gets about 2.5 stars, but Francisco is 5/5 the best! He is so nice, so efficient, so good at his job, so thoughtful. He knows the trick to the gate, the dog doesn't bother him, he navigates the toy in the yard with ease, and always does a great job. Every time anyone else from Rayne comes, it's wrong or something gets messed up - the filter clogs, or they don't finish the job, or they don't try because they can't open the gate (it's not hard), they break the hose, etc. And speaking to the office is painful. But Francisco! My man! He is singlehandedly keeping that place in business by being such a great guy. read more

Updated Yelp Review I was initially very frustrated after repeated early-morning visits from a Rayne technician, despite multiple calls and conversations asking that no service take place before 9 AM due to our dog's anxiety. We had made it clear that any weekday after 9 AM was fine, but that request was ignored more than once. Fortunately, the owner/manager John reached out directly and was very professional and helpful. He offered to switch us to a salt system that only requires service twice a month, which eliminates the need for weekly tank deliveries altogether. It was a smart solution and a big improvement for our household. While the situation was frustrating at first, I appreciate that John took the time to respond and offer a better setup moving forward. Previous:We've been Rayne customers, but after multiple requests asking the technician not to arrive before 9 AM due to our dog's anxiety, he still showed up at 8 AM--again. Despite me calling the office three times and my husband speaking with the tech twice, our clear request was ignored. We made it simple: any weekday after 9 AM is fine. Sadly, this disregard for communication and our situation has made us decide to cancel service. We expected better from a company that's been around this long. read more

The service technicians are always awesome. Robert was my tech today and super friendly and did an excellent job on my VIP service. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because I've had one service call where the technician was unable to open my gate (not sure why) and I didn't get notified that the service wasn't completed. Great install by Robert. He didn't mind me "nerding out" watching him install our replacement conditioning system. He is also very friendly with dogs and enjoyed our little fur child watching him install as well. Then, Robert showed me the ropes as the previous system was so old I couldn't do much with it. I came to Rayne Water after having a terrible experience with another company. I was fortunate, like several others, to have Beau Rawlings as my rep. He was very easy to work with, and sold us exactly what we needed and had it installed in a timely manner (within a week). The technician that came (Paulino) was such a pleasure to work with - very professional, courteous, and efficient getting the system installed. His work was very clean and even worked around some storage racks to get the drain pipe installed. Ok in fairness I am updating- - after my " complaining " to the office about their changing the service time, and not notifying me, and that I had scheduled my day around a given time, now was expected to waste the entire day until 2:00 waiting for service. They managed to find a service man in my area, that Did come in the original time frame ( strangely his paperwork had the original time on one page and a later time on another ). Rayne Water Conditioning: Out of an entire year, Their conditioner canister was not changed on four separate months. The company credited my account, which I have now taken off of auto payments. There obviously is an internal issue, which this business must correct. I cannot be the only customer for which this occurred. Others must have complained. Had this happened only once and been corrected, I would not post a negative review. However, it obviously was not. It wasted both my time and their time in getting this corrected. read more

I have had their Rayne Water Softener and RO units since May of 2025. The installation went well and we love the quality of the water. We have a problem with the VIP service that we have signed up for. It seems unnecessary as they are to deliver two bags of salt and check the brand new system every two months. The real problem I am having is that in November I called to get the day and time that I was scheduled. Well they stood me up and when I called to find out what was wrong, they said I was scheduled for December 2. No apologies for the schedule change. When December 2 came, November 22 had been scratched out without notifying me. Their service technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. Now over 2 months has passed and I have not received any notice as to when they might decide to come. I don't like their customer service department because I was promised that I would be notified of my scheduled appointment in advance. I have used Rayne for the past 4 years. I'm not sure if it's the best product for my needs as I notice that sometimes a silt like product gets into the tank of my toilet. That makes me question where else this silt is being deposited. Also, they are quick to double charge you if you give them less than a month's notice that you will be out of town. I would give 5 stars to Francisco, who works for them. He comes promptly each month, is friendly, and is always sweet to my little dog, Shula, who loves anyone with a truck. This company has the worst customer service. The women are all rude. My garage was left wide open one day after coming to change the tank. Once they didn't change my tank because they said they were not let in. YOU HAVE MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER!!!! What do you mean you don't have access?!?! Turns out he forgot it... They send out the nice looking, well spoken sales rep to set you up. Once he is gone, you are out of luck. They require a 30 day notice of cancellation. This is not a reasonable request as most escrows last about 30 days. Who is going to call a water company the same day that you accept an offer to sell a house?! So just like Pamela H. stated, I was charged twice in one month. The BEST part about Rayne is the last day you have to deal with them. I highly suggest looking elsewhere. Save yourself the headache of dealing with those horrid women. UPDATE: When they came to take the tank out because we cancelled service, the man shut off the water to my entire house and left. Luckily, they called him back about 20 minutes later. No apology. He also did not bring my remote back. He left it on my doorstep the following Monday. Just left it at my door no call or email letting me know so any weirdo could have had free access to the garage. read more
