I'll do this review in chronological order. It started with the owner, Jay, coming to my house personally to inspect the site and give a quote. He is a very personable guy and you can tell he is a complete water nerd, and that is a HUGE compliment. The man clearly does something that he loves for work. His family heritage is in water business too going back to Wisconsin, anyone from there knows the last name immediately. Fast forward to yesterday morning. Dan comes out to do the install. As you can see in the picture, Dan had to get fancy with the piping because of the requirement to be able to access the fire sprinkler system in the garage. This dude was an absolute artist with his soldering skills. He's definitely a measure twice - cut once, type of guy. Just a master at his craft and nothing less. Additionally, Dan installed a RO system for drinking water under my kitchen sink. We had one but it was from 2007 and we mainly used it for coffee water and dog bowl water because it didn't really taste the best but was safe for consumption so this upgrade was very much needed. My wife got home from work to two cups of water on the dining room table, I didn't tell her which one was which. One was a cup of arrowhead spring mineral water and the other was fron the new system. She was able to tell which one was the new system HOWEVER she said it tasted great and not like the previous system. So now, going forward, we will no longer be buying arrowhead jugs and consuming micro plastics on the daily. Wrapping up: A solid 10 star if I could review of a company. Quality service with a smile. We had soft water (rented service) for a number of years, left that to go with filtered water. I won't be doing that again. The first thing I noticed was the amount of lotion I had to use, second came the difference in the feel of my towels right out of the dryer feeling stiff and not soft. Next was that after a few months the amount of work I had to do to keep my showers, sinks etc. clean. I had to make the decision to go back to soft water, however I was done with renting and the continued cost increases associated with it. Mike followed up on my inquiry and after answering several of my questions offered to have Jay, the owner come out to provide information so that I could weight my options. Recently, I discovered that one of the lines was not installed properly, which caused a small leak that has led to more significant issues.
