Had our water filters changed out and during servicing of our water softener found it it wasn't working properly. Rented a new water softener as ours was old and I'm so happy with it! Paul was super helpful and to the time to walk me through all of the options which made the decisions much easier. Great experience reviewing ways to manage Ventura City water coming into our home that is in a pretty bad state. They were very responsive about sending out a salesperson (Josh) who explained the various options. I some free tests on our water but didn't feel pushy at all and when I explained cheaper or alternate ideas he was very open to them and didn't push me toward purchasing their products instead. In the end, I had a reverse osmosis system installed and they were able to run a custom line through our cabinets to our refrigerator and the technician (Tim Douds) did a huge amount of manual labor and cleanup to get everything set up and ensured we were completely satisfied before he left.
