I ordered the salmon to go, and overall it was really good! The salmon was well-seasoned, flavorful, and cooked nicely, and I enjoyed it with the rice and sauce. My only regret is that I didn't realize when ordering that the meal didn't come with any vegetables. I definitely would have added a veggie side to make it a little more balanced. Overall, though, the salmon was a solid choice and something I'd order again--just with vegetables next time!

You order and then sit. I had no trouble finding a spot. I ordered a latte, farmer's skillet and pancake (don't judge I like to taste things). The pancake is big and was good. The skillet is very kale heavy. Not like a mix in but the base. The sausage was like a kielbasa sausage not breakfast sausage. I'm sure it said these things and I didn't read closely but not what I was expecting. It was tasty but earthy.

I absolutely love this place!!! I drive a distance, but I don't care, it's so worth it. Everyone is wanting to serve you with excellence. I swear you get spoiled here by every person from the front where you place your order, to the waiter/waitress, to the server bringing out the drink and food, to the bus boy picking up. I highly suggest you eat here. The ambiance is busy with chit chat going around. I am sure there might be music in the back ground. If they had a little brunch live playing group. It would be full. The food is yummy.

We stopped for a light dinner after heading home. My friend loved her salad. I ordered the hummus because I had tried it at another Adair location. But the hummus was topped with mushrooms which I don't like. I had to scrape them off. Mushrooms have no business in hummus. I don't know if they add mushrooms in the Buffalo Speedway location. I didn't see any when my friend shared his hummus with us. The pita bread is delicious. Our waitress was friendly and serviceable. Meal service in the evening is with wait staff, as opposed to breakfast.

I hate to write this review, because the manager Hannah was empathetic, apologetic, and gave me a refund....but I dislike restaurants that advertise one thing on the menu, and then pull a bait and switch on what they think are unsuspecting patrons, by serving something else! This is the second time I've purchase the steak frites to-go at this establishment within a week, and they aren't serving what the menu states! Menu clearly says the cut of steak for the steak fries is ribeye, and this is absolutely NOT RIBEYE. The first time I ordered it last week, I let it slide because it was still tasty and this restaurant is in walking distance from my house so it's convenient...I just figured they ran out of the advertised cut of beef and made a one off substitution. Went in today and ordered the same dish and was served the same cut of beef, which is obviously a flank or skirt steak... definitely not what is being advertised! Called and spoke with the manager and she was apologetic and promptly gave me a refund. I'm only writing this review because it is a poor business practice to advertise one thing and serve something else. Either increase the pricing for what is advertised or change the menu to reflect what you're actually serving....It's just as simple as that! Transparency matters and this is very deceptive. Not sure if I will dine here again.

Avocado toast with a side of scrambled eggs

Had a nice breakfast there this AM. Food was very good and service was quick. I would not recommend over easy eggs (as I got) with the Huevos Rancheros as with the rancheros sauce it makes it very watery, and the tostado won't soak it up. Better get over medium or scrambled eggs.

Old Chicken Tenders

I ordered the chicken and waffles to-go, and the ordering process itself was smooth. When I arrived, I saw a line and thought, "Okay, this place must be good." Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The server working the to-go checkout was very attentive to the women in front of me, but never acknowledged me once while I waited. When it was finally my turn, I paid, and he immediately tried to move on to the next person without even asking if I needed anything else. I had to stop him and ask for hot sauce before leaving. Once I got to my car and opened my food, I was even more disappointed. There wasn't even butter for the waffles, and nothing about the presentation or order made me excited to come back. The chicken was overcooked, tasted old, and was honestly inedible. It went straight into the trash. Between the poor customer service and the disappointing food, this was a complete waste of money. Food: trash. Service: trash. Experience: trash. I definitely would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

My partner and I, individuals you may describe as unfit, decided we needed to change that status . So, like the intelligent individuals we are, we went and completed F45 on a Saturday - which includes a bonus 15 minutes of exercise. Well, suffice it to say, my partner and I left the class HUNGRY. Enter: Adair Kitchen. Adair had been on my brunch list for a while, so I was thrilled at the chance to try it. The cashier joked along with us about our workout, and was incredibly friendly. I am partial to restaurants with an order-at-the-cashier set up, and Adair's ordering line moves quickly and efficiently. The baked goods looked mouth watering but we ended up not having room in our stomachs to try it. The service was fairly quick, and the aura of the restaurant is great - casual, but nice decor, sit where you like. The food was delicious. We got the huevos rancheros and the avocado toast. I do wish the huevos came with a second tortilla shell, but the hash browns were delicious. The avocado toast was a solid dish, though I wasn't floored. A great eating experience and definitely a place to visit again in the future!

Chicken Harvest Salad

One of my favorite places to "Lunch". A favorite of many in the Tanglewood/Galleria area it serves Salads, Soups, Burgers, Plates. Serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with Classic American dishes. Check out the Chicken Harvest Salad and Roasted Beet Salad. Two signature bowls. Large dining room area with a mix of tables and booths. Plenty of parking makes it easy to meet with your lunch buddies. Too many good dishes to list....

Avocado Toast was on point!

great atmosphere, friendly atmosphere and they didn't skimp on the avocados on their avocado toast dish

Our 1st time here and the place was packed for lunch. Service was OK. Food wise on my own opinion wasn't impressive. Wonder why it's so packed. I had the potato soup and it was super salty couldn't eat it. The burger was just OK, I surely had better burger elsewhere. The ambiance by the bar is nice.

Moxies Houston, Now WHY Didn't Anybody Tell Me About This Place?!…read more Houston, I have a question. How many more restaurants are you going to introduce me to before I start looking for reasons to come back every other weekend? After our community service event with The Frontliners, we decided to grab something to eat at Moxies. This was my FIRST time visiting, and let me tell you, what a first impression! Now, when I say "we," I'm talking about approximately 20 people. Yes, TWENTY! We weren't exactly a small group walking through the door! We sat outside on the patio, and I absolutely loved it! The weather was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and it was the perfect setting to unwind, laugh, and enjoy each other's company. Now, let's get into this FOOD! Dwayne ordered the steak, but for some reason, that steak kept calling MY name! And of course, I had to answer! When I tell you it was cooked to perfection, I mean juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. Every bite I had was absolutely delicious! Now, why was his steak tasting that good? I may need to order my own next time! I also tried the Hot Baked Crab Dip, and OH MY GOODNESS! Creamy, flavorful, and practically melting in my mouth. And those glazed Brussels sprouts? Another winner! At this point, I was beginning to wonder if there was anything coming out of that kitchen that wasn't delicious! Now, we need to discuss this LYCHEE MARTINI! I ordered one, enjoyed it, and ordered another! Yes, TWO! I've had my share of lychee martinis, but this was honestly one of the best I've ever tasted. Whoever was behind that bar, please know I appreciate you! And let's talk about the servers because they were absolutely AMAZING! Friendly, attentive, and on point! With approximately 20 people, that's a lot of orders and personalities to manage, but everything flowed so smoothly. They made it look effortless, and I truly appreciated that! And judging by the conversations around our tables, I wasn't the only one impressed. Everyone was talking about how amazing their food was! Between the food, drinks, exceptional service, and beautiful outdoor patio, Moxies gave me everything I could have wanted from a first visit. Houston, you have officially SOLD me! Moxies, anytime I touch down in Houston, just know I'm coming back! And next time, Dwayne might actually get to enjoy his steak without me answering its call!

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, and our waitress really stood out. What impressed me most was the attention to detail while taking our order. Instead of simply writing everything down, she asked thoughtful questions to make sure our meals were exactly how we wanted them--whether we preferred our bacon extra crispy, if I wanted to substitute my side salad for hash browns, and how I'd like my eggs cooked. Those little touches made the experience feel much more personalized. If you're looking for a brunch cocktail, I highly recommend the Strawberry Martini Mimosa. It was light, refreshing, and the perfect complement to brunch. For food, I absolutely loved the Bravocado Toast. I added bacon and swapped the salad for hash browns, and it was a great choice. My daughter ordered the Classic Breakfast and really enjoyed it as well. Even if pancakes aren't usually your thing (they aren't mine!), don't skip them here. We shared one, and it ended up being one of our favorite bites of the meal. The edges had a slight crisp while the inside was soft, fluffy, and full of flavor. Parking was easy with a large free parking lot, which is always a bonus. Another perk is the location--you can make a day of it by shopping at Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls/HomeGoods, and Old Navy, all within the same shopping center. If you're still in the mood to browse after brunch, The Galleria is just a short drive away for even more shopping (and a chance to walk off all that delicious food!). Overall, Snooze delivers great food, attentive service, and a fun brunch atmosphere. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in Houston.

It was lightly fried and the shrimp was cooked to perfection - not under and not over. I would highly recommend this one to start. Loved it. If you're looking for a fair-priced meal, they have lots of salad and sandwich options. I tried the salmon poke bowl and it was so delicious. It came with a small carafe on ice so that the glass could be topped off. My friend had a mocktail called Lyre's Pineapple Margarita which she enjoyed. 1st Course: Deviled Eggs - I love deviled eggs, but these fell short. The yolk was dry and bland. Ironically, the plate was garnished with paprika. The eggs could have used some of the paprika and some other seasonings to kick it up a notch. The yolk needed more mayo or cream because it was dry and crumbly. 2nd Course: Brasserie Chicken - I enjoyed this entree. It was panko crusted chicken with lemon caper sauce. The chicken was flavorful. I also enjoyed the mashed potatoes and broccoli that accompanied the dish. The portion was much larger than my friend's 5 oz. Filet Mignon. I had plenty for leftovers the following day. 3rd Course: Carrot Cake - It was served warm and was very delicious! The icing was sweet and the cake was moist. Service was great throughout the meal and the food runners brought out each course in a timely manner. With the exception of the deviled eggs, I thought the meal was pretty solid.
