Snooze is a fantastic brunch spot! This location was clean, lively, and had a fun atmosphere without feeling chaotic. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, and our waitress really stood out. What impressed me most was the attention to detail while taking our order. Instead of simply writing everything down, she asked thoughtful questions to make sure our meals were exactly how we wanted them--whether we preferred our bacon extra crispy, if I wanted to substitute my side salad for hash browns, and how I'd like my eggs cooked. Those little touches made the experience feel much more personalized. If you're looking for a brunch cocktail, I highly recommend the Strawberry Martini Mimosa. It was light, refreshing, and the perfect complement to brunch. For food, I absolutely loved the Bravocado Toast. I added bacon and swapped the salad for hash browns, and it was a great choice. My daughter ordered the Classic Breakfast and really enjoyed it as well. Even if pancakes aren't usually your thing (they aren't mine!), don't skip them here. We shared one, and it ended up being one of our favorite bites of the meal. The edges had a slight crisp while the inside was soft, fluffy, and full of flavor. Parking was easy with a large free parking lot, which is always a bonus. Another perk is the location--you can make a day of it by shopping at Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls/HomeGoods, and Old Navy, all within the same shopping center. If you're still in the mood to browse after brunch, The Galleria is just a short drive away for even more shopping (and a chance to walk off all that delicious food!). I don't like to leave bad reviews but I felt the need to share my experience here. We just had of our worst dining experiences this year. We came for breakfast and waited 20 minutes for a table. Our table of 4 ordered at 10:50 AM. We didn't have our food at 11:50 AM so we checked with the hostess who didn't get back to us. 5 tables who got seated after us got their food before us so I stood up at 12:10 PM to see where our food was. The kitchen and our server didn't know where our food order was so we walked out. No manager came over within the hour and 10 minutes to check where our food was. I love Snooze at other locations but this was very disappointing. Don't come here if you have an option to go somewhere else for breakfast. Or if you are a Snooze fan, go to a different location. read more

Our favorite was the strawberry shortcake pancake but the blueberry streusel and the sweet potato pancakes were very good too. This is my second time coming to this specific location, but have been to snooze many of times. This time I decided to try my friends pork belly fried rice as it has always sounded good to me, but I could not get past the pineapples. Honestly, you can't even tell that the pineapples are added. It actually makes it more flavorful. This I also got to try the buttermilk pancake, which was super fluffy and sweet. I ordered the spuds deluxe, which is my usual order. Can't go wrong with it. A staple brunch spot for my friends and family! The food always hits, however I've had to send my food back a few times for being cold. I normally get the pork belly fried rice, bacon but different and a blueberry cucumber drink they have. Place was full but not over packed. No wait when I arrived on Sunday afternoon. I ordered right away & the food came out super fast. Fairly loud noise & music level but you can still have a table conversation. Egg scramble with apparagus, spinach & red peppers was very flavorful. No salt or pepper needed. It was full of veggies. Almost like vegetables with a bit of eggs mixed it. Ok by me. I love veggie toppings. Avocado on side was perfectly ripe & no brown spots. Red sauce on side had a sweet/twangy/ slightly spicy flavor. Good if you like that flavor profile. Pancake had good flavor but more gummy/mushy inside than I prefer. SoI figured that's how their pancakes are made but I got to the inside & it was doughy & clearly undercook. Server brought me a new one. The new pancake was cooked properly & was good. I sat outside because the weather was so nice, and it made the whole experience even better. I ordered a strawberry mimosa (it was giving mini margarita vibes ), a potato pancake, and a cast iron pan with scrambled eggs and chorizo--and everything was absolutely delicious. Oh my God, I love this place so much. If I could eat here every single day, I definitely would. The food is amazing, and even the next day it still tastes just as good and doesn't lose any flavor. Vanessa, AGM, & staff blew this experience out of the water. Walking in at close to 10AM with a soccer team of boys and their accompanying family, about 33 of us and it was smooth from start to finish. Bringing out pancake samplers for our boys so they had a bite during the wait was an above and beyond touch. We occupied the 4 rounds on entrance and 2 additional tables. The customer service was spectacular, and service was quick. I ordered the fancy basil bee & burrata toast. Was sweeter than I anticipated but still a delicious not overly heavy meal. My friend and I recently tried to visit this location for breakfast. We called ahead specifically to ask about outdoor seating since we had our dog with us and were told it would be fine to come in. Unfortunately, our visit did not go as planned. When we arrived, we were informed there was a wait of over 45 minutes for the patio, which was not mentioned when we called. Given the long wait, we were unable to stay, which was incredibly frustrating since we had made a point to confirm seating in advance. A staff member also mentioned that the entire crowded patio, filled with multiple families, had only one server. This explained the long wait time and was disappointing to hear. We were very let down by the lack of communication and the poor organization, which ultimately prevented us from even being seated and being turned away by the staff. read more

It's in a really nice area by the Galleria, making it a perfect spot for breakfast or brunch before shopping or running around the city. As for the food, breakfast was great across the board. I really enjoyed the food and the choices! They had a whole menu full of drinks and brunch choices from eggs Benedict to bowls to omelets. It is a lot more versatile than some other brunch places in the area. The keto bowl was delicious and a healthy and delicious choice for brunch. The vinaigrette for the salad was delicious. I also ordered a mocktail and it was also super refreshing and tasty. There were free bursts of blackberries. There were also many options for mimosas and to add liquor as well. I will say that at peak hours parking in the lot gets packed. There are a lot of retail stores and restaurants in the same plaza so there's not enough parking around the area for the amount of demand. I have a clear memory of the first time I came across Snooze as a delicious brunch spot while visiting Denver, CO. A limited menu, not exactly incredibly vegetarian friendly, but the items we ordered were amazing. Fast forward a few years and Snooze has made its way around multiple states, and has remained a favorite go-to-in-a-pinch brunch option. Over the past few visits, I can't help but notice a slight decrease in the overall quality of the items. Today, unfortunately, I left Snooze quite a bit less than fully satisfied. Firstly, I will fully own that with some dietary restrictions, I might be labeled a "picky eater" in restaurants. I try to be courteous in my questions but I can imagine servers are not thrilled about the questions I have (e.g. I was asking about the ingredients of the blackberry syrup which required an escalation from the server to the bartender to answer). We ordered an iced mocha, breakfast burrito, and a pancake flight. These are all items we have ordered before. I asked to replace cheese with avocado on the burrito and was informed I'd have to simply remove cheese and add avocado. I understand the cost of avocado, so I recognized the need for a separate charge, but I would have really appreciated another option that could have replaced the cheese. The burrito was fairly made, and generous in portion size, but the pico de gallo was not evenly spread and the avocado was just dumped on top of the burrito. The overall taste of the burrito and the balance of ingredients was fine 3.5/5). The pancake flight, ordered by my partner, was a little dry. Unfortunately, instead of offering to help ensure the item has an appropriate amount of syrup, we were asked to pay for an extra side of the specific syrup for the pancake. To be fair, we were offered generic maple syrup for free, but that would have likely conflicted with the flavor profile of the pancakes. We've previously had the pancake flight and been flooded but this was also fine (3/5). Our server was super patient with us and the questions we had. Snooze is like an old faithful you know you can go and get exactly what you paid for. The food is consistent and good. I love this location because it's huge and the patio is nice. The reason for four stars is because of the service. We waited pretty long for our meal for it not to be packed. We went on a Saturday close to 1 pm so it wasn't packed. And my food was just warm, I don't mind waiting on food but at least like my food to be hot. But other than that no issues. read more

Whenever I need a good brunch, I'm running to Snooze AM Eatery. Today was the second weekend in a row that I went--except this time, I returned just to use my Pancake Flight reward before it expired the next day. And yes, I was a bit greedy. Luckily, since I was dining solo, I was able to be seated quickly--another reason I love a good solo brunch! My Pancake Flight consisted of the Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Churro, and Strawberry Shortcake pancakes--every single one was a five out of five. I also ordered the Shrimp and Grits with a fried-hard egg. The grits were creamy, seasoned and the shrimp were cooked JUST right! Each time I go to Snooze, my waiter, coincidentally, is always Ant. He's super attentive and always makes sure I have plenty of water to wash down all that sweetness. Needless to say, I have a great breakfast to look forward to tomorrow because there was no way I could finish all of that in one sitting! If you don't already have the Snooze Rewards app, I highly encourage you to download it--that's how I got my Pancake Flight for free, and it was absolutely impeccable. Arrived Sunday afternoon at 12:51 Hostess was having trouble seating people. She sent a text link to my phone and stated I would receive a text message to return for seating. The text link posted a time range of 1:00-1:15pm. Received the text message to return for seating at 1:04pm . Upon re approaching the Hostess booth we were advised not to go by the text link and apologized by saying someone else not communicating properly was doing the actual seating. We waited another half hour and still no text message and no table. Please encourage Managers to train, and oversee staff at this location. We left at 1:45pm with no service. read more

I came here with my family for brunch. Inside was packed and very lively. Even with the crowd, we were seated right away. I ordered the sweet potato pancake and the Parmesan-panko crab cake Benedict. They were both really good. The sweet potato pancake was extremely rich and very filling. I tasted my sister's crab & asparagus omelet, which was just okay to me. Her strawberry shortcake pancakes on the other hand, were so yummy and also very rich and filling. My cousin's shrimp and grits were very flavorful and had a nice kick to it. I'd order it for myself next time. I don't typically care for sausage links, but the polidori sausage links that someone ordered were juicy. We ate at Galleria Houston location. Wife and I visited this location due to another eatery being closed. Found it by mistale. It will now be a regular of ours. I got an Omelette which was Amazing. So where do you go for breakfast, if you are in the Houston Galleria area? One good option, is the Snooze AM eatery. So that is where I ended up with several friends. I had previously conducted copious homework to arrive at this choice. What was most irriitating in the process was, the website has no easy to read or a friendly navigable menu. Why not provide an all encompassing pdf menu? Instead, you break up the menu into numerous parts and are geared for ordering on line. When we got there, the popular choice was the Avocado Toast. I had the half order, while the others had the full one. Also on our table was the breakfast burrito and the scrambled eggs. All the food was well presented, tasted super and was liked by all.
