From the outside and even the inside, you may not think much of it but it was a pleasant surprise and they have so many cocktails to try. We got there a little early on a Friday night and were one of the only groups there but a rather large party/gathering came in maybe 30mins or so afterwards. The mixologist? was super friendly and gave recommendations as there are just so many cocktail options. Drinks took a bit to be made but she was by herself and we each ordered a different drink. The drinks themselves were really good and there's definitely something for everyone here. I really enjoyed my lady earl and we even tried a hot cheeto drink (not my favorite but it was fun to try and really does taste like a hot cheeto). Even this time the GPS took us to an entrance that had us going the wrong way down a one-way, but we eventually figured it out I will say that the parking isn't all that great, but we were able to find a spot. If the parking lot is full you should be able to find street parking nearby Kanpai Club is a sister location to Handos. They share a kitchen and you can walk through an inside door access either. You can find the same cocktails and bites from Handos on the Kanpai menu, but there's also additional drinks and bites The bar feels like a Japanese Izakaya. It's a narrow space resembling a Japanese outdoor bar. It's intimately lit and well decorated. We did have to wait for two spots to open up, but that didn't take too long The bartenders were friendly, professional, and efficient. We went on a Friday night (fairly late), and they had two dedicated bartenders The cocktails were fun and were beautifully crafted. Most were served in novelty glassware. You can order classic cocktails, but both Kanpai and Hando offer a variety of signature cocktails. Most having some sort of Japanese or Asian fusion. They have beer, wine, and extensive sake list, as well as green tea and other nonalcoholic options The cocktails were tasty. The only one I was iffy on was their Espresso martini. It was poured from a machine and I guess there were having issues with it. The presentation was phenomenal. There was a roasted marshmallow garnish. The drink itself was far too Smokey in flavor than I like, or at least in terms of my espresso martinis The Yuzu Kosho fries were incredible. The flavors really hit the spot. The Okinawa Potato salad was both questionable to looks and and to eat lol. This purple mound of potato's had an interesting taste, look, and consistency. It wasn't bad, just... interesting and new Some tips: If you can't find this spot from the street, look for Handos. It's part of this restaurant Ask the bartender about the happy hour menu. Every drink earns you a token to vote for one of four local charities that change monthly. At the end of the month, the charity with the most tokens receives a donation. I love to see the wall of monthly winners, and note the difference this bar has made in our community. This has to be a win for all given you can catch up with friends, enjoy a drink, and support a good cause all at the same time. The space itself is beautiful. Don't forget to look up and check out the stunning glass ceiling, and of course, you have to snap a photo with the iconic Dolly mural while you're there. Staff is always warm and welcoming, and they make fantastic cocktails. The bartenders are very friendly and make great drinks. I'm a fan of the variations on the classic G&T. On my last visit, I had an espresso martini and it was excellent! I was pleasantly surprised at how good they made it. I have yet to order a drink that I did not like. They have a small parking lot out front. There's also street parking. Given that it's near a few bars, parking can be difficult during peak times. Wicklow Heights is great for a stop on a bar crawl or for a chill afternoon with friends.

They'll make an announcement for you to go grab a bingo board from designated spots and it was quite a fight to get a board, which is one per person. I think we played a total of 5-6 rounds with breaks in between and each round is a different goal (e.g. regular bingo, making an X, blackout, etc) with a different prize and the prizes gradually get bigger. Since the tables were all full, lots of people were either sitting around the stage, or on the turf, or standing on the back patio. Parking was super crowded. They have a lot which was definitely filled so I had to resort to street/neighborhood parking. I would definitely go back for the lamb chops and to try the pizzas. I can't remember the name of our drinks but they were all good. Our server was amazing, so kind and friendly.
