Ace Self Storage is the greatest in the world! They are located in a great area that makes finding them ideal. Easy access to the public and simple directions. They have a great manager, Laural, who has overlooked the facility for years. She is compassionate and understanding of the customer needs, whatever they may be! I have been using Ace Self Storage on Wintergardens Blvd for around 2 years and they have the best service around. Laurel is an extremely friendly customer service person that can tell me anything I want to know about storage. Today I had a problem with the lift. Some of my stuff fell off as it was going down and the door wouldn't open. I tried then was going to go to the office and get Laurel but she came around the corner and when I told her the door wouldn't open because things has fallen off she got the correct tools and got the door open for me. All this took just a couple of minutes and was done with a smile. This is the type of regular customer service given to tenants at Ace Self Storage. Love Ace Self Storage in Lakeside. When my bf and I moved back home from college, we had accumulated some things while we were away. Moving back in with relatives temporarily left little room for our big items so we had to store them. The prices are so reasonable, even on our "straight out of college" income. Staff is kind and welcoming. Facilities is clean and secure with cameras and a code necessary to enter and exit. Weekend hours are extremely helpful with our busy schedules during the week. There is no excessive emailing from the company and over advertising the different things offer. I was leering to hand out my email at first in fear that I would be getting 3 emails a week that would just go straight to the junk folder. I had a toxic roommate situation and needed to leave ASAP and wasn't sure where to store my stuff while I looked for a place of my own. The rates drew me in for being reasonable but it was the wonderful manager Laural that sealed the deal. I have never had a storage before and she was so nice and explained everything to me very clearly. The place was very well kept and I felt comfortable with storing my things there. I have had occasion to use several storage facilities. In my research and experience using a storage facility required compromise...you get have good access hours but poor security; cheap but only stairs to carry several stories etc. However, this was not the case with ACE. I have been here for two years and I love the service once maddi came along. She is a great worker and provides detailed information whenever is needed. I also feel really safe in the storage location with my personal items I have grown to recognize fellow storage members and I'd like to stay.
