Fairly new building. Setup is easy. Storage is secure. They have alarms and cameras everywhere. My storage was in the basement and it was air-conditioned. There's music playing in the hallways which is nice so it's not quiet and creepy. Units are organized in numerical order so it's easy to find your unit. There's also push carts you can use to bring stuff to and from your car to your unit. I only needed the unit for a month and this was a very affordable option.
