This Storage facility sets the bar high for all other storage facilities. Firstly, Mars is the textbook definition of exceptional Customer Service. I not only was impressed with how i was greeted, but how he did not hurry the customers he was already assisting when I arrived. Mars then promptly attended to me when he was finished with the first customers ahead of me. Mars proficiently answered all of my questions then gave me a quick tour of the facility as he led me to the unit that best suited my needs. The first thing I noticed was the clean, pleasant smell of the building interior, almost Hotel-like. Very fair prices and complete breakdown and explanation of move-in and future charges rounded out my perfect transaction experience. Sigh. Alright, so I stored most of my belongings here from April 2019 until August 2022. There wasn't much I needed to access, so I only visited the site maybe a handful of times to get Christmas and camping stuff out. It seemed as if every time I went the cleanliness declined. There would be piles of trash/items stacked up outside near the loading dock. There would be soda cans and food wrappers inside of the building, and the carts were locked up even after hours and there was no way to access them to move things unless you came during business hours when everyone and their mom was there. Additionally, the customer service lacked. There was a guy named Angel who was the only helpful one towards the end. The other white guy watched TikToks the whole time I was trying to close my account. Anyways, here is my biggest gripe/concern. It took me about two weeks to get through my boxes/bins to figure out what I was keeping or getting rid of. During the time of moving the stuff and going through the boxes, there was a rat in my car. That sucker chewed through my back seat and my seat belt. There was rat poo all over and my car stunk. It was in there a couple of days and each morning I came out to my car, there were cat prints on my window like it was trying to catch the rat. Thankfully, it went out when I left the window open overnight, but now I have torn up seats that need fix. I was baffled about how this happened.... a rat, really?!? Ok, to get to my point. I was going through my bins and ironically, I got to the Halloween bin and I noticed dried up maggots, WTF?!? So there was a fake rat in the bin, and what I thought was another fake rat next to it. It was not fake. That thing was a huge mummified rat laying on top of my stuff, surrounded in dried maggots... disgusting. Look at the picture. Zoom in that mofo. So freaking gross. I did try and call the customer service number and was on hold for too long- I may try again. Anyways. This place has potential. I hope they can get it together and operate like they were in the beginning. So sad and disappointed. read more

Just left the facility at 1245 pm Wednesday. Encountered a woman's ass in the loading area taking a piss or dump. Disgusting. I did my unload in minutes and encountered her again that I had blocked her in? I said she had plenty of room to exit knowing she was off. She went off on me when I brought up her peeing in driveway and stormed out. I reported to office but they thought it was funny. This is my second one star review for this place. When we first started renting here it was run by people who seemed to care, needless to say they no longer. The issue was that we were paying $89 per month and with no notice they raised the rent $40. We were moving in three months so we stayed. We just turned our keys in and I expected that we would be prorated the amount from the 8th to the 24th. Nope and do you think they will leave it empty till the 24th? When i signed the contract they said they would help me get a new unit at the same price as my old one when it prorates so i wouldnt have to up the price and now all of a sudden they dont know what im talking about. I pay for ac too and every time i come in its like a sauna. I was hopeful when this place came to town, but since then it has gone down. The "customer service rep" if that is what you want to call her, Megan, was rude, argumentative, and dismissive. The place has a broken mirror out near the egress and she shrugged her shoulders at the Concern but in the same breath said she is cleaning the place up. We visited this facility over a week in advance of our move and made arrangements for a storage unit and delivery of our household goods. The day before our arrival I called to confirm our schedule and check their hours and was told that they had no record of our visit and that they would not allow our POD to be delivered as had been promised. They offered no apologies or real explanation and didn't make any effort to accommodate us even though their manager had assured us there would be no problem. The manager we had spoken with was no longer in their employ and they didn't explain why or why they wouldn't honor the promises he made. Unless you don't care about service or reliability, don't give this company your business. read more

The location staff are absolutely wonderful. It's their AGGRESSIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL corporate office/call center that's terrible. I called for a quote of a large unit on Wednesday morning. By that evening at 7pm I had received 5 phone calls following up on when I'm going to rent my unit. Thursday comes around and after answering the phone and asking them to please stop calling, I received 3 more calls. 8 phone calls in less than 48 hours is excessive. Payment was late and we received multiple calls to pay from the corporate office. Upon calling back some rude jerk who shouldn't be working in customer service just talks over me the entire phone call. They will refuse to transfer you to the storage office and instead insist that they help you. StorQuest you'd be sooo much better office if you ran your own show without a call center with ridiculous long hold times and poor customer service. read more

This place is very sketchy. I was hopeful since it was a new building. It's dirty, trash and large items are left down the halls, carts are either locked up or missing. I think people actually live in these units. I don't feel safe going here alone. Will be moving soon. read more

I am so confused by the low ratings of this place. When I was searching online I was using Google (to find a place close by), and the reviews were off the chart. I reserved a space online, and was called an hour later by a friendly rep, Chekaina, who confirmed a time for us to come by can get the lock, see the unit, and go through their procedures. She reminded us about insurance and we talked through that. When we showed up, she was delightful - friendly yet efficient. She had someone else (sorry I didn't catch her name!) "show us the ropes" and make sure we were comfortable getting in and out, since we would be coming back with our movers after hours. They clarified where to park, how the moving van should enter/park, how to access their carts, etc. The place was SPOTLESS (including the restrooms) and they made a point to tell us that there are no trash cans or dumpsters on site, and that they have cameras to make sure no one leaves anything. Our experience has been exceptional so far and we are glad we chose this place! read more

She even suggested we look around at other options because she probably knew we'd be back. The place is disgusting. Homeless take up the parking spaces all day and trash the place. It smells terrible walking through the halls because the buisness doesn't clean the floors. The parking lot is sticky and stinks as well. I've been here for almost a year and never seen anyone power wash the parking lot. Trash everywhere. On top of that my rent was raised $50 only 3 Months after moving in. read more

My automatic payments were stopped due to a card change. I phone the number so I can make my payments on my storage unit. I was told they would send me a text message with the link. A few days later I still do not receive the link to pay but they did charge me a delinquent fee when I was trying to pay days prior. Today, I had to open up a new storage unit to put all of my home supplies in. I had already reserved it the day before, so I knew it was going to be easy paperwork. When I got there, the door was locked. I knocked lightly and a young lady by the name of Jasmine opened up and said that she was on her lunch break but was willing to go ahead and help me. We are super pleased with our experience at Storquest so far. We were looking for a climate-controlled space, which many of the other companies don't offer. Storquest does and for only a few dollars more per month. Plus, the place has more layers of security, and its cleverly worded signage creates a fun, welcoming atmosphere. If you read any bad reviews about this place it's probably because people were breaking the rules, kicked out or are just assholes that don't consider that this is a whole lot of building for just one girl. I moved to the area from NorCal and had to store my stuff here for about 10 weeks. On the plus side, the place is always very clean and secure. Climate control is nice and I wasn't ever worried about the condition of my possessions. On the downside... if you are using a moving company, it's going to be hard for you to move anything in/out of the facility. The secure area has a tight turn that won't allow a standard semi trailer to come in. I was able to get a 15' Uhaul in there fine to unload, but I'm having to pay extra for movers to use smaller trucks since they can't get their normal trucks in there. My unit was on the 3rd floor, which isn't so bad (the elevators are pretty big), but the little rolly carts they have are rather small. We had to set up a sort of shuttle system when I moved everything in--took twice as long as it could have. Each time I came back, over the next several weeks, I had to wait for a cart to be available (there are only 4 of them for the whole facility). The last time I went they had them all locked up and you had to exchange your driver's license in order to use one (because of thefts and people locking them in their personal units... geesh, people! Play nice!). This solution is fine if you are going during business hours. If not, you better bring your own dolly. To add to that, they are understaffed. So the person who was on the premises wasn't in the office. I had to call a number and then wait a bit for someone to come and give me a key to a cart. The staff are really friendly; it just seems like they are being worked too hard. They should have 2 people there at all times. Lastly... is it really necessary to have music playing all the time? I would gladly pay less to get rid of it. read more

This is a very clean facility. All of the hallway have cameras which makes me feel my storage unit is safe from theft. Dana and her staff have been very helpful and friendly. Access to my unit is very easy and they provide carts to load and unload my belongings. I would highly recommend this self storage company to anyone. read more
