Id have to say, "all of the above"! Ray and his whole staff have been there for us when we are struggling.... They have nice storage units, great conditions, for a great price.... We are very happy with there customer service skills in the way they have always treated us, they keep in contact with us, and really care. They have always bent over backwards to help us brainstorm for what ever our struggle has been. So, 3 years later we are still very satisfied customers! Thank you for all you do, LM read more

Phenomenal Service & Top-Tier Facility! I occasionally use this storage facility for business needs, and I cannot praise the team enough. Raymond, the manager, is absolutely incredible. I have dealt with him past and present, and his promotion to manager is so well-deserved! During my latest visit, I met Alex, who is following right in Raymond's footsteps by delivering the same exceptional customer service. The empathy, care, and phenomenal service they show customers is truly beyond excellent. On top of that, the facility itself is amazing--it has the best hours, unmatched service, and feels completely safe and secure.Even though this location is outside my general residential area (otherwise, I would absolutely rent a long-term unit here!), I constantly refer my friends and colleagues via word of mouth. If you want the best storage experience, see Raymond and Alex! read more

Everyone here was really nice and always has a laid back and helpful demeanor. Best price in the county, and they offer a military discount. This is much appreciated when having to put things into a storage unit, which can be stressful depending on the situation. read more

Awesome place, great pricing, staff is amazing. Clean place, lights in units. Carts available.

This storage facility has metal walls versus wood walls which is non-combustible and that fact gives me piece of mind. The staff was very helpful directing us to our storage unit and the security of the building is excellent. read more

Beautiful, climate-controlled, clean facility. Friendly staff. Easy to establish account and move in. Whole process take maybe 20-30 minutes from start to finish, and we were able to move stuff in right away. Reasonable price, family friendly. Glad we chose Rockvill Temecula! read more

We finally got a spot RV parking space here! We've been trying to get into this storage unit for a while and so happy a spot finally opened up. We were attracted to the storage facility because of the close proximity to our house and quality of the space especially the high level of security and more importantly, the wash and dump station! Staff is also very friendly. Definitely recommend! read more

Really helpful people and everything very clean campus I would definitely recommend , Raymond and Jesus are very helpful as always

The storage place is reasonable it's clean and the guys are fairly friendly. My mom has been using this storage place for a couple years. I just got my own storage and the guy was very helpful. Thorough and the process was fast. read more

Wonderful, Amazing the best experience both of the gentlemen were so helpful from getting me the best price to letting me know if the discount for renters insurance. I highly recommend Rockville prices are the lowest around lots of units so never gonna hear were don't have any availability. Hands down the best storage for all your needs. read more

Kudos to a clean and safe facility. Rented two years and each time I visit I feel safe and comfortabl. I love the wash station for cars and trailers. Very convenient loading and unloading. Tell staff AF sent you for a possible discount. read more

There was oil on the ground and instead of asking me to clean it up like I have done for myself and others in the past. They took how I did it which is put kitty litter down and rubbed it in , took that knowledge which before they power washed it and we all know that's not a good thing for the environment then charged my girlfriend 50 for a convince fee. It cost 1 for kitty litter at the 99 cent store . They also charged another tenant 50 dollars for spilling A soda which she cleaned up . They are charging money because they're doing shady stuff that will be looked into . They also are very rude and need to be knocked down a notch or two. Customer service is no good there except for the maintenance guy he is cool . My girlfriend also cut her hand on the power washer and had to get stitches and they had no time to look into it at all did not even show a concern about it. read more

A bit higher than some & the storage unit location was not good. Don't think I'd use them again but the space was adequate

This is the best storage unit I've ever rented from. Unlike other competitors, this one is modern, clean and professional. There are security cameras everywhere, electronic security locks to access individual buildings as well as air-conditioning. It was a fast experience doing the paperwork and the staff didn't try to upsell me. Jesus provided great customer service. read more

Quick response and pricing is very good. We are getting bombarded from storage quotes but Rockvill actually called. Going to see locations available this v week. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. It is clean inside and out, the security is good. It is climate controlled, prices are comparable, and the staff are friendly. I love the access hours and the fact that they are open everyday...no matter the holiday. I wish more places were like this. I use to be at Moreno Storage, but when ownership changed, it went downhill. I went to this place a few years ago and could not be happier. I wish all storage places had all these features. read more

I used to run a self storage facility for years and I can tell you this place is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have never seen or heard or have had any issues with my unit or any being messed with. This place has tons of cameras and is monitored. The price is just right. My favorite are the very tall ceilings. read more

Rockvill Rocks!! Great Access Hours. Modern Air-Conditioned buildings with big elevators & No pests! The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a bathroom on site during business hours. They sell packing and moving supplies!! They also rent Moving Trucks. It is very clean and secure with gates, fencing and cameras, with keypad entry. I have referred this place to people because the value for what you get at Rockvill is so much better than any other place Ihave been and the rates are competitive. I ask them all the time if they have any job openings !! Tell them Wall-E sent you! (WO/E481) read more

Raymond is the man. He was so friendly and helpful. This place is the Ritz of storage places. 10/10 recommend.

John the "manager" is a complete jerk to put it nicely. He talks to his customers like garbage as well as his co workers. So we made a mistake and it wasn't on purpose and we apologized many times. John had no right speaking down to us. We left a couple minutes after the closing time. He may think he has all the power but it's simply "short man syndrome"! They were a nice place to rent from then a year later all the drugs/homeless moved in and trashed it in the sense of rigging the gates to were they could get in after hours. We moved out and told Raymond we were and yet John sent us a notice of past due fees, because Raymond didn't do his job and put that in the system. So I'm sure they'll try and collect a fee. I'll report them so I'm not worried but it's all a power trip for the short guy John. Just don't piss John off cause all those good reviews that are most likely fake will all turn into negative reviews. John I had a unit as well as my partner M. Tula we shared the storages. You also didn't close out our account when we told Raymond we were all moved out. You need to go to a training class how you treat and speak to people, especially because you are in the customer service department. You made it worse than what it was. People make mistakes and it only happened once which we took responsibility of and paid for it. You talk to people like garbage when you have nothing but short man syndrome. You feel mighty when you speak down to people but you lost 2 customers. Soon 2 more that is my family that rent from you. The owners might wanna wake up and get you out of there. Raymond knows how to talk to people and how to resolve problems without being a jerk. read more

I've rented multiple units and I highly recommend. The facility is very clean, modern, and has a great location (next to 67 and 52 exits). Jesus is extremely helpful and professional. read more

If you are looking for a clean, modern, and secure self-storage unit. Rockvill is the one you should definitely visit. I have not been at all impressed by the corporate-owned storage places. This place is different. On my first visit, the front desk staff was excellent; they answered all my questions. I rented a climate control storage unit on the spot. I returned later in the day to place a few things in the unit. The staff saw me and came over to make sure that everything was going well. What's not to like. read more

Been using the storage facility for a couple years now. They've gone through a lot of changes as far as adding additional buildings. Prices are reasonable but more importantly, the facility feels very secure. I've never had any problems unlike some of the other storage facilities in East County. You can get in facility pretty early in the morning. And it's up until about 845 at night to get any thing you might need to get. They have a dump station for RVs, and a power wash would recommend for anybody looking for storage needs in East County. read more

I love the location, the discounted cost of 50% off the first 3 months, the rent after that is great, too. The gate hours are perfect. Although we have until 9:00 PM, I unfortunately, was there after 10:00 PM one night trying to get everything to fit in a newly downsized 5x5. Neither gate would let me out so I called someone to pick me up, parked my car there overnight and nobody made a big deal about it ever. The site is nice and so is John. I would highly recommend Rockvill. read more

ROCKvill. This is the place to store your stuff! It's clean, safe , helpful employees and affordable. Jesus and Raymond made sure our requests were met. I highly recommend this place! read more

Rockville storage was great for my needs. Jesus was very helpful in figuring out what size storage unit I needed. They had a great special for half off the first three months. The office/lobby is spotless as is the rest of the property. I felt like security was very tight and efficient. I never worried about theft. One of the best parts is that the units are climate controlled and they have elevators. I know if I ever have storage needs in the future I will definitely be coming back to Rockvill. read more

My experience was wonderful. I received great customer service from Jesus. He made the renting process easy! I don't regret anything about this place or the service. I highly recommend you check out this place! read more

Rockvill is a very well-kept facility. The staff is organized and great to work with. They care about your needs and make you feel like a part of their organization. We had the opportunity to rent a unit with air. This was the best unit we have ever rented. Carts are available, and a clean restroom. Thank you, Rockvill, from us! read more

You couldn't ask for a better location, layout or staff to meet your storage needs. Cassandra was super helpful and baled is out of a horrible situation created by the people at StorQuest. Cassandra got us into the exact unit we wanted on short notice and at a better price than the competition and was friendly and professional throughout our entire visit. Rockvill Storage is accommodating when it comes to unusual situations and every aspect of the business is conducted professionally. The units are practically new and are clean and well maintained including providing lighting inside the climate controlled storage units. There are dollies and carts to help get your stuff to your unit and easy elevator access on both sides of the building. Overall I give Rockvill Storage my highest recommendation. read more

Thank God I found this place best self storage I have been in. A great place to store your items. All the staff are extremely helpful. read more

After reviewing the existing Yelp reviews (all 5 stars), this place doesn't really need another 5-star review. However, I will add to the pile because I like the owner and the management. Cassandra and David are very lucky to manage the best self-storage facility I've ever seen. And I've lived all over the USA. There is no better self-storage facility in San Diego County than Rockvill. I was lucky to find them. I have several storage spaces at Rockvill. Some spaces are for my wife who loves to decorate our house for the season. Some spaces are for my collector cars and their trailers. Rockvill can handle all self-storage requirements at reasonable prices. My biggest problem is Rockvill needs an 'e'. Who named this place anyway? read more

So clean and polite! They're always so friendly and their storage units are spotless! I even met a guy who trusts them enough to store three of his treasured classic cars in these units. They have impeccable security with camera covering every single square inch of their vast property and the price is very reasonable - I believe they offered me half price for the first three months! I definitely recommend Rockvill Storage, especially for long term storage. read more

Very helpful, well-managed and maintained. My storage is indoors. It is climate controlled. Your furnishings and possessions don't dry out from East County Hot. It is secure, clean and well-lit. I would only like to see more carts available on each floor rather than have to scout 3 floors to locate one. When you're in a hurry, an available cart keeps things moving. 24 hr access would be a plus since I have musical equipment and have to bring it home first then take it to storage the next day. Over all, I recommend Rockvill. And they offer reward for review which makes my time well-spent! read more
