I went to another storage facility, that was so horrible, the on-site person was MIA, and the call center was not helpful. (I'm not going to name names, but the cube did not seem too "smart!" Immediately cancelled the contract. Just started randomly calling storage places. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This place is really the best. OfWe had a great experience with Scripps Poway Self-Storage. We moved across the country and needed temporary storage until we were able to find a bigger place to live. The facility is very clean and has a fabulous security system. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. It was also convenient to rent their U-Haul directly at the facility, which we did when bringing our belongings to storage and also when we vacated. We rented a large space for a couple of months. The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. One thing i didn't realize until we were looking for another storage location at the town where we're moving to, and noticed how everyplace else had either no or very little insulation, and their storage units were like ovens in the sun. The units in Scripps-Poway were always cool and comfortable even when it was 90+F outside, even though we didn't pay for an A/C unit. read more

We can't say enough good things about Adrianna and Lee and the facility. We moved from Colorado and needed to store our household items while we looked for a house. We reserved eveything over the phone with Adrianna before we moved and she took care of us when we arrived. The facility could handle a 53' moving van and we were able to get everything in their largest unit (we took up the whole 53' van). Adianna and Lee are very friendly and are very helpful. The facility and unit was very clean and is protected by security and each unit has a fire sprinkle system. We highly recommend this facility and would use them again in a heart beat. read more
