So we were desperate for another storage solution. They were the only place open on a Sunday and had the unit we needed and their price was reasonable and they had a promo which helped. It's a nice facility. Been using it for a little under a year. Climate controlled. 2 levels. And available car storage. Although the roads are slim so if you got a big moving truck. You're gonna be stuck. Price is fair and service is nice and friendly. There is always someone in the office during hours. They have a bathroom and plethora of dollies to help move things around. They even have lifts to get your stuff up to the 2nd floor. I just don't like the gate hours since they close it at 630 on weekdays. And like any other place if you're inside when it locks, your stuck! read more

We started with a small unit and moved to a larger one when we found Poway Mini Storage to be so convenient. The facility was always neat and clean. We had upstairs units and the large dollies and elevators were very helpful. Even on busy days, there was enough equipment available to make loading and unloading very easy. Overall i give it a high rating its not a shady storage unit like the ones i was pricing, those were pretty sketchy and looked scary. The prices are decent and they have a military discount. They didn't have any availability at the moment, but Myriam (the manager) offered to add me to a waitinglist and said she would call me once one became open.
