Very clean place. Excellent staff. Easy in and out. Great location. One of the best self storage units I have ever used.

I would never recommend this storage to anyone. It is ridiculously over priced. Every year they will increase your rent. They will send you a letter informing you of the increase and say it's for improvements to the storage. I will tell you right now that I have been there for years and NOTHING validates their cost. It's not like they are open 24 hours, 7 days a week plus holidays. It's the bare minimum. If you're lucky, you won't have to search around for a cart to move your stuff. If you're lucky you won't have to wrestle with the elevator to move it all. If you're lucky, you won't have to go there on a summers day and sweat your face off inside your unit. Is there security walking around?, NO. Is parking or moving your items easy to do there, NO. So if you're looking for an over priced storage unit with the bare minimum, this is your place. read more

I've had a roll up garage unit here for my business for about 8 years and have had nothing but positive experiences working with them. I've had deliveries go there without any issues, and they contact me when deliveries arrive. I did have to move out last year due to a business change, but recently started another biz and decided to get another unit. I called several storage places yesterday looking for a drive-up, ground-level space that was at least 10x10 that was available immediately. Not only was Olivenhain Self-Storage the most convenient location for me, it ended up being the most cost effective of the five places I called. I've loved reviews before, but I feel the need to leave another one. These people are amazing. They go above and beyond all the time I particularly love Kimberly. She's always helpful every single time I call she's right there to help me whatever I need. She helps me sort whatever I've got to do everybody there is helpful and I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been a customer there since 2020 and I can honestly say I'm glad I'm there and not anywhere else. The prices are wonderful. The service is excellent. I cannot say enough good things about them if you're looking for a place to store your stuff go there don't go anywhere else don't even look for another place. If another place says oh we're gonna be a little cheaper. Don't go there because cheaper is gonna be worth service. Citlalli was beyond helpful! The girls in the office were lovely to chat with and very efficient. We are moving my grandma out of her home to downsize and have to store a few items. They were lovely to chat with and also gave us a full tour of the facility and our unit. Not only that but they helped walk us through the contract before signing to make sure we understand everything we were signing up for. We needed last minute RV storage for a couple of months and after extensive research decided to go with Olivenhain. We are so happy we did! The employees are all super nice and professional. They are also very patient and accommodating which was needed due to a minor misunderstanding about our rig not fitting in the first spot we had. The facility is very clean. The office is organized and provides water, coffee and goodies while you are there. The storage areas are secure and they have alot of security cameras. They have employees who live on site too! The fencing is high with laser alarms surrounding the parking storage area. It backs up to an open rural area which doesn't allow for potential walk in intruders. We were concerned that since it was rural that maybe we would have a rodent problem but we saw alot of deterrants for rats. We had our RV there for 2 months thru very hot weather and thru the rainy Hurricane and did not have any rodent or ant problems. We felt very confident leaving our RV with Olivenhain. We will use them in the future if needed and absolutely recommend them to everyone. read more

I never thought I'd be writing a yelp review about a storage unit, but I couldn't NOT write one after the positive experience I had with this place. About a year ago I packed up my entire life and put it in storage so that I could go travel for a few months. I believe George was the one who helped me decide on the right size unit and get set up, and he was so sweet and helpful. The facilities are very clean, easily accessible, and the prices are totally reasonable. I am now back from my travels and moved into a new home. Yesterday I went to Olivenhain to clear out the last of my items - I went by myself thinking that I could handle it all, but I underestimated how heavy some of the items were. I went to the office and asked Manny for some help, and without any hesitation he came and helped me... with a smile! Manny and Kim helped me close out my account and both were sooooo cool, we chit chatted for a while and I walked out feeling very satistfied with my entire experience there. Very clean and organized storage facility. Cecelia and George are courteous and helpful. I was able to get a 5x10 on the 2nd floor. Even though we were experiencing a heat wave, the storage unit didn't feel hot. They have great ventilation to keep the 2nd level cool enough to store furniture. The elevator and cart made moving. I had unfortunate events while moving in, including glass falling on my toe and half of my items damaged in the move. The staff helped me pick things up safely, and always had awesome solutions.
