I've had this storage for 3 months now, everything is good except they close pretty early and closed on holidays which suck, there are many people who get off of work laterfrom their closing time .I sure could use my storage on a holiday to return or get stuff out. I only rented this place out because my son convinced me, before then I had Public Storage Which were awesome, especially with their entrance you just scan your phone and the gate opened, and they closed late 930pm and bathrooms open 24/7 and actually locked. Willow Geln Road in Rancho San Diego. Hope Jamacha Point would consider their hours and staying open on holidays then they would be better than Public Storage. read more

I've been here for a couple years and this new group of employees and managers are crazy. I've been harassed by new workers there and even lied about a situation to the police get rid of me . Mind you I've had my storage broken into before and the gave me a better one for same price but that was with a different set of employees who were better all good things come to a end I DO NOT RECOMMEND PLUS THE HAVE ROACHES DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY . I had two units here for about 3 years. Due to a move I closed both about a year ago. Since then my household has expanded and I needed a unit again. My decision on where to go was easy. The staff and management have always been amazing at this location even with recent changes. The grounds are ALWAYS clean and pest free which for someone who has ocd is very important.
