Despite that, they scheduled one for the very next day without my knowledge or consent. When I canceled the appointment I had never agreed to, they charged me another $60 and have refused to refund it. Charging a customer for an appointment the company created without authorization is completely unacceptable. I lost $60, but they lost a customer because their actions made it clear that they do not value their customers or conduct business fairly. I would not recommend this company.

We scheduled the reclean for a week later/today and they gave us the window of 2-4pm for arrival. It's now almost 6pm and they are not responding to our calls, voicemails, or texts to get an update on their arrival or reschedule. Still unclear if they are going to do a reclean and have no info or updates. This has been extremely frustrating because we are trying to coordinate with our land lord and have been busy moving so this was the last issue we needed. We are now going to have to drive back to the house an hour away and clean it ourselves. Update- after I posted this review they finally got back to us and said they were cleaning the house at 6:36pm. We drove an hour the next day to check and it seemed sufficient. Still would not recommend given all the added stress this caused during our move. They didn't offer any type of refund either.

Upon completion of the cleaning, we were told that if our apartment complex charged us additional fees for cleaning Lyly's would provide compensation. 23 days later, I was notified by the apartment complex that we were being charged an additional $200 for cleaning fees. I contacted Lyly's expecting that it wouldn't be an issue...instead I was told that the timeline was too far out and that I would need to take it up with my landlord. Although they apologized for the situation, it didn't make sense to me that there would be a timeline for when we could file for compensation. The quality of the service was good; the outcome did not sit well with me. Overall I would not necessarily suggest this company just based on the lack of ethics displayed.
