We have been using iSuperClean for 5 1/2 years. In all that time they have never been late for our scheduled cleaning! . They supply all the own cleaning supplies including the vacuum. They do a great job and work the entire time they are here. Whenever I have had the reschedule a cleaning Lucy, the owner has accommodated our schedule. The 2 ladies who clean my house Irma and Maria are friendly and very do a great job! Lucy, the owner, sends us a reminder the day before our scheduled cleaning. Which is very helpful. I'm shocked by the number of 5-star reviews. I used iSuperClean yesterday and am so disappointed with the results. I let Lucy know that I have a 700-800 sq ft apartment that needs a deep clean. I'm a tidy person, but wanted deep cleaning of the floors/baseboards, behind and around the stove, bathroom, blinds, etc. I was quoted $30 an hour for a deep clean (regular clean is $25 an hour) & Lucy thought it would take 4-5 hours. Fast forward to yesterday, Lucy shows up with a second cleaner and I give her a list of EXACTLY what I want completed, in order of importance. Lucy was not very friendly and seemed to have an attitude. 2 hours 45 mins later I get a phone call that the work was completed. Bc there were two cleaners, I was charged $60 an hour... Fine. $165 ($198 with tip) later my floors are still dirty - I wiped up some spilled white wine from dinner and the rag that I used turned BLACK, behind the stove was disgusting, Lucy told me she had cleaned inside the refrigerator but it was still dirty. The only part of the house that was immaculate was the bathroom, which the other cleaner completed. When first walking into the apartment it smelled clean and looked clean, overall so I went ahead and added a 20% tip. Only at that time did Lucy change her demeanor and ran out to her vehicle to grab her business cards for me. She had made a comment earlier about how young my boyfriend and I are and I'm wondering if she did a mediocre job bc she thought we couldn't afford her or wouldn't tip. $200 later and I'll be re-cleaning my apartment all day today. read more

We used Lucy and her team for over a year hiring them to come every 3 weeks to clean our 3 bedroom home, and we were satisfied which is why they get a 3. The reason they only get a 3 is because the last two times were definitely below their standard level of cleaning (also the only times no one had been home while they cleaned.) When I brought to their attention the major areas in the house that were not cleaned her response was, "no one is perfect and we always do our best." Now all I am expecting is the same consistent cleaning job that I had always received. So when I'm told "no one is perfect" as the only response...that is frustrating. Hired iSuperClean for another down and dirty job. This time it was a full service move-in/move-out service. It took a near 5 hours to clean a two bedroom, two bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, balcony, and front porch. Lucy along with her team didn't pause once! Working diligently from top of bottom. I was more than pleased with the service because they are so meticulous and hardworking. They went above and beyond in the kitchen, moving the fridge and cleaning behind and below the frig. They even wiped down the walls around the house, who does that?!? I would recommend them to ANYONE. They travel all around San Diego with their service and she is very flexible. I had a team of 3 women come to my house for 5 or 6 hours. Only one worked well, the other two were slow and they didn't leave things as clean as I was hoping. One spent 2 hours in my tiny bathroom and it was left unsatisfactory. Another spent the entire 5 hours in my kitchen and my kitchen isn't large, again unsatisfactory, she didn't finish everything. I had them out last Friday for a deep clean of my home. We have 1340' townhouse. Lucy told me 2 people for 4 hours each totally 8 hours. First thing I do not understand and it was not exclusive to these cleaners but they all wanted a finite time frame. My contention is if it took and extra hour it took an extra hour I was willing to pay I just wanted the entire house done. The two ladies that came were nice enough but neither spoke English well and I had a hard time conveying what I wanted since I don't speak Spanish. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of which is a guest room and not used very often. It only needed vacuumed dusted shades cleaned and Windows washed inside. One woman was upstairs for 3 hours and when I went up I could still see dirt under the bed and dog hair on the dresser. Our home is lived in but neat we don't live like pigs. They were nearing the end of the 4 hours and we're just going to leave without vacuuming the lower stairs. They did that but did not clean the floors on the first floor. I just don't get it. Cleaned great however seemed to have an attitude. Professionalism and business etiquette toward customer seemed to be awkward. Cash or check only a bit of a inconvenience due to not knowing how long she'll take for cleaning. There is no home assessment for a set price just come in and start cleaning based on what you asked for during the online appointment, it may take 3 hours which is minium or up to 20 hours. Moreover, after the online appointment was made I received an email asking to change my appointment. Hours are calculated by (man hours) I.e. 3 people works for 6 hours 6x3=18 hours. 18 hours at $30 hour is $540. Again I won't take away for cleaning they did a great job however other parts of the service can be improved. read more

Wow is all I can say. My house was on desperate need of cleaning. I found Them on Yelp. I made an appointment online (love that). Lucy confirmed via email and arrived on time. I had two people clean for for hours at the rate of 240.00. That may sound like a lot but they did an excellent job. FABULOUS! I had two ladies come in for 5(+/-) hours. One room really had not been cleaned in a couple of years. We have an 800 sq ft house & they cleaned it from ceiling to floors. The house is "neat", but being 70yo with medical issues things just got out-of-hand for me. I had, finally, gotten to the point where I turned my head and stopped looking at the growing dirt. We live close to the beach and everything gets a black slime on it from all the humidity. It isn't like loose dust, more like black soot. These ladies cleaned it all up and got me back on my feet. I hired Lucy for a move in deep clean of my place. It sounded good, but unfortunately that was it. I wanted a deep clean to move into a clean home (the house is completely empty). I told them I wanted the cabinets, inside and out, baseboards, walls, window sills, blinds, bathrooms all cleaned. I was not present during the cleaning and I went after they were done and had already left. They had to come back and clean baseboards where you could see it obviously was not even touched and walls. It doesn't look like the floors were cleaned. The bathroom baseboards were still dirty. I don't think the inside of the drawers were cleaned, there was still dust in some of them.
