At the biggening it was alright, but after they closed early because they were short staffed, I had to make arrangements and work around their schedule, but I'm the one paying, and they increase the monthly amount for no reason. But what really upset about this place is the fact they want to always charge me a late fee when I have auto pay, it's ridiculous if my payment lands on a weekend or holiday they want the payment before my schedule date and then if they forget to fix it on their system it's my fault too. I'm over this place and will start looking for one that does the same but cheaper. read more

We arrived to JamachaPoint based on previous reviews and location to our new home. We arrived with no reservation, and Jorge was happy to help us. We discussed the amount of items we had and the size of storage we were looking for and he was able to help us right away. He offered us complimentary water while we completed the paper work. We decided to use the 10x20 foot storage with the drive up convenience on the first level. We opened the storage unit and it was very clean and well maintained. I know our items will be safe when stored there. The facility is very clean and felt safe with the security footage and locked gate. Worst storage facility!!! We rented 2 large storage units that you should be able drive up to and they are constantly blocked by a company that rents there and sets up in the middle of the aisles and blocks our units (and many other units) with several cars and trucks so we cannot gain access to our lockers! In addition a bathroom that has been out of order for over a year flooded and we got a call that there had been an incident and we needed to come over. The incident was that it flooded our locker ruining several items as well as several other lockers. They offered to give us a different locker but wanted my husband and I to move all our furniture ourselves. They finally agreed to getting a couple of guys to help us move, a complete waste of 2 days. They were little or no help in either case! Do yourself a favor and find a different company other than San Diego Storage, who owns them!!! read more

I had a great experience overall. Price was the best around town, units are clean and secure, this will give you ease of mind that your belongings are safe. My only complaint is that they have a limited amount of carts to carry your heavy stuff, they should have more for the amount of units they have. So, if you happen to be moving in or out some of your belongings and all the carts are used, tough luck, you gotta wait. Additionally, when I happen to moving stuff in, I had to wait for the office lady to come help me find a cart, this took her an extra 20 minutes, 20 minutes out of my day that were enough for me to not be able to make it to costco. I was very unhappy as my time is precious. read more
