Let me start off by saying that the girls working there are wonderful, professional and helpful each and every time I've interacted with them, always going above and beyond. They definitely deserve 5 stars. However, whoever the owner is does not. They conduct a greedy business model that is a complete turn off and that is the reason I will find another storage as soon as possible. Long story short, I rented a 10x20 unit at $320/month, which after 3 months increased by $60. The only notification I received of this was a letter sent to my old address, which was returned to them back In July. I wasn't notified of the letter or that it was returned. Of all the emails I received since July, not one of them mentioned the price increase. My initial contract either. This is such a shady business practice and it entraps a person. I had to downsize my unit and spent an entire Sunday morning to move everything over. Owner should be upfront about charges in their contract. I'm looking into how legal this is, not disclosing fees. read more

TBH, when I first called to inquire about renting a unit at this facility, she answered. Her positive energy and friendly demeanor radiated through the phone, which initially brought me in.
