I spoke with Jimmy D. on the phone and was extremely impressed by his intentionality and how thorough and informative he was. He made sure I had a clear idea of what size unit I would need based on a few questions he asked. I scheduled a tour of the facility. When you perhaps need a lock cut or need anything of the storage unit nature, it's not as easy as walking into their office. But when you have the appointment, they are so helpful and nice. She's just very weird... everyone doesn't want to be your friend. Do your job and stay out of the way. This is a storage facility not a strip mall. She has followed my husband around on several occasions. We even attempted to enter the facility on a different end of the building just to avoid her and her living space and when we came out she was using the same exit that was completely on the OPPOSITE end of where she lives which this was after business hours. She also would let her untrained dog(s) PATRICK run around UNLEASHED! LIKE what is it with the weird psycho stalker behavior. I bet no else felt this way but us she definitely treated us this way because we are a young black couple. Lady learn how to mind your business & get a life outside of work. After Cubesmart took over, I suddenly started getting invoices for the month I'd already paid to Extra Space plus two months into the future at double the rate. Never once did I receive any information about the change in ownership or increased rent. Now of course the new company acts like there's nothing they can do.
