This was imperative due to the nature of my business, where I rely on daily access to the trailer for operations. Unfortunately, I was preoccupied with family visiting on the subsequent Friday, preventing me from verifying the implemented changes. Nevertheless, during my initial inquiry, I was assured that the necessary adjustments had been made, granting me 24-hour access to my trailer. However, my expectations were not met when, on Monday the 14th, at 7:20 am, I arrived at the storage facility only to encounter a denial code message. This unforeseen circumstance led to a loss of precisely $410 in business revenue as I was compelled to cancel appointments with my clients. In the aftermath of this incident, I endeavored to address the issue by reaching out via email on three separate occasions over the subsequent weeks. Regrettably, these attempts yielded minimal response and a lack of accountability on the part of Extra Space/Life Storage. Consequently, for several weeks, I faced an inability to access the facility's gate, forcing me to resort to parking my trailer in my driveway. I was informed that I would need to wait until the office opens at 9:30 am to receive any assistance. This recurring issue has led to a further loss of revenue, estimated at $400, and has had an adverse impact on my business's reputation, as it now faces the perception of unreliability.

Since he was in a bind, he rented. Then called customer service and they again did not honor their advertising. Seriously. Watch out for deceptive advertising and a huge lack of customer service.
