I spoke with Jimmy D. on the phone and was extremely impressed by his intentionality and how thorough and informative he was. He made sure I had a clear idea of what size unit I would need based on a few questions he asked. I scheduled a tour of the facility. Jimmy D. made sure I understood the pros and cons of indoor and outdoor units, etc. Based on those initial interactions, I feel confident that SecureSpace is a great option for me!

When you perhaps need a lock cut or need anything of the storage unit nature, it's not as easy as walking into their office. But when you have the appointment, they are so helpful and nice. THEY WONT LET YOU CANCEL YOUR STORAGE UNIT BECAUSE YOU GET PUT ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND NO ONE GETD BACK TO YOU, YOU CANT CANCEL ONLINE, AND THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR EMAILS. NOW IM GETTING LATE FEES. I canceled my storage unit before we even moved into it, so we never moved into it and never used it once. I canceled well before any payments also, and the first month was free. I had to call 4 times to cancel the unit to start with because I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes each time, I've sent numerous emails to the manager and I get no response. I finally was able to talk to Carmen and I had it all squared away over the phone. Then a month later I get an email saying time to pay my storage unit, I called again and emailed again to cancel saying I'm not using it and never have. No one ever answered my calls. I'm pissed off and now I received a late fee on for something I'm not using! I have proof of emails trying to cancel and proof of phone calls, and I know yall do to because every call is recorded. Can we please get this situated asap. If I get another bill or sent to collections I will have a huge problem. Im don't dealing with this and was done dealing with this months ago. I've attached my stupid late fee. I would seriously considering getting rid of Carmen, I would not want this guy representing my brand.

From the moment they arrived, Jordan D, Jeremy E, Jake P, Leo C, Corey H, and Antonio V were friendly, professional, and incredibly polite. I was honestly amazed by how careful they were with everything. They handled our furniture and boxes with more care than even we did, which gave us so much peace of mind. You could tell they really cared about doing the job right and making sure nothing got damaged. They worked hard, stayed positive the whole time, and made what could have been a really stressful day feel easy. It's not often you find a team that's this efficient while still taking the time to be so careful. If you're looking for movers you can trust, I can't recommend Einstein Movers enough. Their reviews are what convinced me to book them, and now I'm happy to add another five-star review. Now where this storage facility lost me was the weird lady that they had living in the living quarters. I'm pretty sure that she was employed by the facility as well probably even the manager BUT what I didn't appreciate was how she literally would be so passive aggressive & totally intruding. One night she walked past us while we were minding our business honestly forcing a conversation with me & my husband that we honestly didn't want to engage in. Then we would always find her coming in and out at the times that we would come to our storage almost as if she would be watching and stalking us. She's just very weird... everyone doesn't want to be your friend. Do your job and stay out of the way. This is a storage facility not a strip mall. She has followed my husband around on several occasions. We even attempted to enter the facility on a different end of the building just to avoid her and her living space and when we came out she was using the same exit that was completely on the OPPOSITE end of where she lives which this was after business hours. She also would let her untrained dog(s) PATRICK run around UNLEASHED! LIKE what is it with the weird psycho stalker behavior. I bet no else felt this way but us she definitely treated us this way because we are a young black couple. Lady learn how to mind your business & get a life outside of work.
