Hardly 100 miles north of Austin on my way to Dallas the transmission gave up and I had to wait for 3hrs on the side of the road for a tow. Trying to call this place was fruitless. Calling budget proper required a 30-40mins wait every single time. Do go with a professional and get a truck that has been reasonably maintained and cleaned. This place is awful.
