Everything about these guys and this rental experience was great! First off, Violet, who is the main person you're dealing with, is not only incredibly nice, but also logical and reasonable (which isn't a given in this industry). We had to coordinate on a number of things and she and the whole team were just always really pragmatic. I hired the dumpster for insulation removal from the attic, but also had a bunch of other stuff I had to throw away (wood, a bit of concrete, etc.). They booked me up with a bigger container and talked me through what's ok to throw in, how to disburse it and when it might start to become a problem. Again, all just very reasonable and useful conversations. The dumpster itself was really new and the cool Dumposaurus logo made lots of people who walked by stop smile and take pictures. Unfortunately the pick below is the best I have. You can't see the logo well, but you can see it's a new dumpster that's not too much of an eye-sore to have around. Last but not least, pricing. From what I can tell they have among the best pricing for dumpsters in town. I only looked at two other providers and I think one was maybe $25 or 50 cheaper, but covered less tons (e.g. 2 tons vs the 4 tons I got from Dumposaurus) and less time (e.g. 1 week vs 10 days from them). In short, I'd 100% rent from them again. read more

We highly recommend Duposaurus for your dumpster needs. Check out their website for fantastic information for those of us who don't rent dumpsters on the regular. Even with the guidance on the website, we still managed to rent undersized for our clean-out (our fault). I called them within 24 hours of the initial rental and told them we were full and needed to have a swap out for a larger unit. The team here is super responsive and arranged a swap out for the next day even though I reached their after-hours answering service. The driveway was protected, the drivers were professional, and the overall experience was seamless start to finish! read more

Violet and her husband were incredible. My daughter was assisting my back surgery recovery and felt that after 21 years of the same carpet, the house needed a major overhaul. Called Dumposaurus on Sunday and they were able to deliver a dumpster Monday. This gave my daughter 2 days to clear out 20 years of stuff. Along w/ the 20 years of stuff Dumposaurus also took the accumulated chemicals to the Austin recycling site deep in the heart of south Austin. Should one need a dumpster, contact Violet and place your order. They were exemplary. read more

I rented a 10 yard dumpster for our house as a "make ready to sell" effort. The size turned out to be just right as we filled it to the brim, after being in our house for 15 years. The company was great, comms were good, drop off and pickup were right on time, they even laid down driveway protection pads so the unit didn't scratch my driveway. Only a few (very logical) prohibitions on depositing volatile solvents and a few others. I had questions on a few items I wanted to deposit, and email responses were prompt and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for dumpster services... read more

It's likely that many of us rarely need a dumpster. When we do,it likely that the selection of a dumpster provider might seem like a random perusal of Google, an online payment and away we go. But, as you will learn from reading the wealth of information on Dumposaurus' website, there are many important considerations We had a great experience with Dumposaurus, from the initial contact, to finding we needed 2 different kinds of Dumpsters, to pick up. Both Violet and Stephanie in the office are helpful and friendly, you receive notification via text of delivery and pick up...almost to the minute. The bright yellow dumpsters are clean and not smelly and the wooden supports won't scratch or mar your driveway. So, if you need a dumpster, visit Dumposaurus and get educated and have a worry-free dumpster experience.. read more

OUTSTANDING. Attentive service, prompt and thorough, and excellent value. Some good driving skills as well, the dumpster placement was a tricky location but they nailed it and that is HUGE. Lanette was always responsive and courteous, and even wished we well on my upcoming arm surgery. Great people all around, will ABSOLUTELY use them again. read more

Really good company that goes the extra mile. Have worked with them twice. They had the dumpsters there when I needed. The first time requested a 10 yard dumpster. There was a scheduling problem, so they gave me a 15 yard dumpster at no extra cost. They also didn't charge when I needed a couple of extra days. The second time their truck broke down and before they called me they had already reeached out to another company to supply the dumpster in their place. They transferred my payment directly to the other company so there was nothing I needed to do. They even sent cookies to apologize. I don't know if I will ever need a dumpster again, but if I do Dumposaurus will be my first call read more

Competitive prices. Quick turnaround times and friendly service. I would highly recommend using these folks and trying them out.

Great experience and I'd highly recommend! This is my first time renting a dumpster and they made it very easy. They delivered it super quick (literally the next morning after I requested it). I never thought I'd hear myself say this but the dumpsters themselves are really nice too. Fantastic people to work with and if we ever need a dumpster again, I'll definitely use them! read more

I have used Dumposaurus several times over the last 2 years. They offer the best customer service with a great price. This was my first time needing a dumpster and Violet walked me through the process. The dumpster arrived pretty quickly and I liked that there were blocks to protect the driveway - I don't see this with other dumpsters around the neighborhood or around town. If I need another dumpster, I'd definitely give them a call. Very nice and love the Dino theme. read more

Easy and convenient, great when you have a larger clean up and you don't want to take it to the dump.

By far the best service hands down. Thank you Shawn for saving my project from being prolonged by another rental company!

We were long overdue for a major cleanup of our home/yard, including a massive old cedar climber in the back, and years of junk in the garage. After contacting several dumpster rental companies, Shawn was not only the quickest to get back to us, but also had the best price by a good margin. On the plus side, they have a website that lets you configure exactly what you want, and I'll admit the process threw me a bit because there are lots of options you can buy up on, which made me worry that there might be surprise charges in our future. Shawn seemed honest so we went ahead with it. Our experience went like this: 1. Contacted Shawn on a Monday night via link on his website 2. He called back first thing Tuesday morning. We asked if we could get the dumpster for Friday, since the 12 days we rented it for would give us two weekends to work over. 3. He said no problem, bin was delivered by his incredibly friendly father (who sent my daughter a cookie delivery later that day, since she was celebrating her birthday... very kind of him). 4. Bin was placed exactly as we requested, with no damage to the driveway. 5. The following Friday, we contacted Shawn asking if they could come by on Monday to pick up the bin, he said no problem. 6. The Dumposauraus guys ended up having to deal with something in Dallas on Monday, but immediately contacted us to ask if Tuesday would be ok. We were fine with that, and they came by first thing this morning (Tuesday) as promised. My wife once again commented on how incredibly friendly the driver was. I don't imagine we'll need a dumpster again any time soon, but if we do there's no question we'll call Dumposaurus again next time. read more

Dumpster was delivered on time and the driver was very careful and thorough. Will use again!

Highly recommend, excellent service, great prices. Violet is Great, they were very accommodatng with my needs.

This place is INCREDIBLE! Flexible, friendly and hard working! The guys who come to drop off and pick up the dumpsters are obviously experts and will work hard to go above and beyond what you pay for! This price was the best of any of the 10 I got estimates for. I even went so far as to give my realtor Dumposaurus' info because I was so impressed! read more

Just tried calling to get a quote. And the lady who answered the phone was very discouraging. As if she didn't want me to rent from her. All I had asked if she had some dumpsters available and what was the max load amount. Then she proceeded to tell me what I should throw away -little bit of this and little bit of that. Just not what I was asking for. read more
