Ever since this company been taken over a new management, it has become a nightmare. They sneaked in charges when you are not watching, I've been billed twice for dumpers I didn't order, total over $1,100. Both times I contacted them and they gave me the run around, I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. After second time I told the credit card company to block them so they won't try to sneak in other charges. It's a total shame how the new owner is running a great company to the ground. read more

Sorry.... there was no mention of any hidden fees and they add up! I rented from A-Tex Dumpsters and 30yd on 04.29/22. Delivery was great, and had no issues. I was was billed $750 after two weeks of use and it was full. I am remodeling a property and ordered a second 30 yd dumpster. We filled that one up as well and returned that one on 06/5/22... I looked at my bill and all total it was over $2100. I called and was told that there was a trip charge for bringing each dumpster out, and that there was a over weight charge. No mention of these fees were made. Be sure to ask about all charges! read more

If you need your construction dumpster for an unspecified time period, then I don't recommend using this business. During a remodel, things can take longer than expected. Dan was always in a hurry to pick up the dumpster before it was full. The dumpster was picked up before the agreed date and before the contractors were finished filling it. I was out of town and the contractor even told Dan the dumpster was in use. The dumpster was still removed. Dan agreed to bring me another smaller dumpster, but again picked it up without any notice two weeks later at 7:30 am and before we were finished filling it. read more

Absolute 5 star review! Dan set me up with a very quick delivery date, Amanda kept me informed as to where the driver was and Alfred delivered! Alfred put the dumpster exactly where I asked for it to be placed. He was so kind and even threw a few tips and pointers at me in regards to getting the most of my space in the dumpster. Jerry picked it up a few days later and was so very kind and professional. My only small, very small complaint is that the office personnel will tell you the driver will call with advanced arrival notice. I didn't receive it for the delivery or the pick-up. While communication between the office and field team is super important, I won't hold it against them since I was home for both services. Their prices are so competitive. Out of curiosity my dad asked a friend, who works in sales for a local dumpster company, for a quote. No joke, I am not making this up. He said "I'm not going to quote you, just use ATEX Dumpsters. We can't beat them." I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP! I will definitely use them again and hope that anyone that reads this message uses them as well. read more
