Our experience thus far with Max (the owner along with his wife Nicole) has met and exceeded all of the above. While they were not the cheapest bid they were BY FAR the BEST VALUE with all the extra guidance, support, and attention to detail Max has provided. I also love that Max is easy to talk to and has a lot of experience which he love sharing in an educational way. Another huge difference we encountered in the bid process is that Max's bid came with footing recommendation (if you don't have plans) and his bid was way more detailed in the scope of work that would be completed.
