We live on a dirt road out in the country, and it seems like dust constantly sifts through every crack in the house. Plain and simple, I cannot keep up with the cleaning. I've been trying to stay on top of it but have just managed to keep it surface-level clean; like if you came to my house, it would appear clean, but upon any closer inspection, you would see that it is in dire need of a deep clean. I reached out to several cleaning companies in the area on Yelp; Soby's was one of the first to respond and provide a quote that was reasonable and within the range that several others quoted me. Soby's was the most responsive, so I decided to schedule with them. They were very flexible with my weird work schedule, which I greatly appreciated! They came out, walked through the house with me, and got to work. I was expecting one or two people, but they came with a crew! They mean business! They even put dishes away, which I did not expect, and I keep laughing at the fact that they tried to organize our pantry, which is a colossal mess. But it looks better than it ever has! Unfortunately, I neglected to point out a few things in the house that I have been wanting cleaned, but that's my fault; I'll review it with them when they come back out. Payment was easy, as was scheduling the next appointment. I will definitely continue to use Soby's and will recommend them to anyone looking for a great cleaning service!

We live 4 hours away from the lot but they were great about sending progress photos and keeping us in the loop. These guys are top notch and do a fantastic job. You got a heap of debris And it don't look good Who you gonna call? (Junk BUSTERS!) I ain't afraid of no junk... Junk Busters USA saved the day for me when I had an entire carport's worth of waste to get rid of before it succumbed to mold/rats/roaches from the summer rains. Don't believe me? Check out the before and after photos and get back to me on that. Excellent customer service from start to finish - I called at 9:30am and snagged an appointment for 4:30 on the same day. (I think it was the tone of desperation in my voice that really got me on the schedule.) The team of two young guys who showed up were professional and obviously loved their job. Extra kudos for saving us a little money. Junk Busters charges by the volume your junk takes up inside their truck. (That is, unless you're throwing out bricks or cement, in which case it's by weight.) I watched them really work at fitting all this loose material into the smallest space possible. Should I ever need seconds for a Tetris tournament, I'm picking these two gentlemen. Highest thumbs-up for their service, a definite recommend! (I do think that instead of naming their truck 'Agnes' they should call it 'Junk Force One'.)

I hired NXT Construction to remodel my duplex in Copperas Cove, and the entire experience was…read moreextremely disappointing. From the beginning, I was told certain items were included in the project, but later almost everything became a "change order" or an upcharge. They're cheap. They used left over materials for my condo renovation. Even simple requests suddenly became "too expensive," which made the process feel misleading and inconsistent. The quality of the work does not reflect the money I paid. The job was definitely rushed, many important details were left incomplete, and the results did not match what was promised. Concerns I raised--such as mold issues and specific finish requests like quartz countertops--were dismissed or avoided, and nothing was handled with the level of professionalism I expected. To make matters worse, one of my front screen doors went missing during the project and was never addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I feel the work performed did not justify the cost, their communication was unreliable, and their business practices lacked integrity. I strongly encourage others to choose a different contractor. Save your money.
