The first time we had Mark and his team come out we got rid of everything except the furniture. Lots of trash and things that just couldn't be used. Not only did they get everything out, but they also cleaned the back patio and garage, sweeping up and getting rid of any debris that was left. The second time we had him come out was March of this year to finish the same house, getting rid of all the furniture. Cleaning out a house is so much work, but finding Mark was amazing and took a tremendous burden off our shoulders. I do not know what we would have done without his help. I had some old scrap wood and pallets to get rid of along with an old twin metal bed frame that was bent. I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. You cannot go wrong with this company hauling your junk for you. It saves you time and effort than doing it yourself and paying for the fees at the landfill. I researched near by Junk removal services in Austin and found JunkGuys Austin to see if they could…read moreassist with removing our hot tub that broke during the winter freeze. My husband was able to reach out by calling/texting and someone was quickly able to provide a quote of $450-500 for labor, haul off and disposal which was very fairly priced. The final price was $600 as we didn't drain the hot tub and that would be a bit extra which we were fine with them handling to deconstructing and hauling away all. They also were able to quickly get us on schedule and the day of, updated us on their ETA during the arrival window. The crew was very professional and friendly and we were thrilled with the work and treatment of our property and hauling away everything, like you'd never know something used to be there, aka a hot tub!
