Big shout out to Ivan for coming thru in a pinch. I was on a very tight timeline where a local HOA gave me 24 hours to clean up my dad's home and driveway and Ivan came thru. In appreciate the quick response on very short notice. It was nice chatting with you Ivan and I really do thank you for the hustle. Steve from Visalia read more

Respond quick. Guys are polite, friendly and professional. Fair charges with quality work. Would revisit if needed in the future.

Quick response and arrived on time. Good dudes. Very respectful and fast. Great price. Will use again.

Professional, courteous and quick. Ivan and the crew took away my old fence in no time. It only took them a couple of hours to clean up a load that would have taken me all day, and then some, to do. They will work with you to get your job done in a timely manner and are very friendly. Cody and Lance did the job at our house and were some of the hardest workers I've seen. I would recommend this crew for any junk hauling needs. I will definitely be coming back to their services whenever I need them. read more

I can't say enough about how awesome Junk Monkey is! I had such a wonderful experience with Ivan. He was prompt to respond, very courteous, and showed up when he said he would. Ivan was able to quote me quickly online for the removal of a brush pile I had. Within minutes we had the work estimated out and the day and time booked. Their work was top notch and they did a great job of keeping the area clean and tidy after hauling everything away. I would 100% recommend Junk Monkey to anyone! Professional and courteous companies like Junk Monkey are what all other local business should strive to be like. read more

I called about removing an old freezer and gas grill. The crew was in my area so after getting a very reasonable quote, I had Junk Monkey at my house within an hour and the items hauled away. Courteous, professional, and quick. Junk Monkey will get my repeat business. read more

Great experience with Junk Monkey. I'm glad the other businesses ahead of them on Yelp didn't answer their phone! Why should you use Junk Monkey? I'm glad you asked: - 1st Business to respond to my inquiries - Fastest scheduling date - Best rate - Completely professional - Great customer service - Fast & friendly We will use again and highly recommend that you do as well! P.S. Don't bother scheduling/paying for a Bulk pick-up through Central Texas Refuse community trash service. They only pick up once a week and you have to schedule by Thursday. They also quoted over double the price and had many stipulations ex: No large mirrors or large glass etc. and you had to leave the Mattresses etc. at the curb by 7 am. read more

We needed to clear out some junk that has accumulated over the 9 years we have been living at our house. We wanted to use someone local in the community and we were very happy we chose Junk Monkey. I called on a Saturday to set up an appointment and they were able to quickly get someone out to give an estimate and pickup our "junk". The two men were very polite and quick at their work. I would highly recommend these folks and would definately use again if needed. read more

Top Notch! I reached out to a few junk hauling companies and Ivan returned my message quickly with a quote. His quote was $33-99 less than quotes collected from other companies. I sent him a text beforehand to let him know I had a few other items to add and that I was willing to pay an increased fee. He was flexible, personable, accommodating with an all-around good vibe. Will definitely recommend his company to anyone looking to remove junk. Thank you, Ivan! read more

Very pleased with our experience with Junk Monkey. They were responsive, polite and very reasonably priced. Also appreciated how direct they were when quoting me for our junk haul. I had called a few other businesses and became frustrated when they wouldn't give me an exact dollar amount for the three items I needed hauled away. Junk Monkey was quick to respond, direct on price (and so much more reasonably priced than several of the other quotes I was getting) and quick to schedule pick up. Will definitely use them again in the future, and recommend them to everyone I know! read more

Quick tree limb pick up! Great price! Nice people! I highly recommend Ivan! He brought his son with him. Nice family owned business! Thanks guys read more

Wow, Ivan is great! On time, polite and cleaned out all the debris in my yard. Turns out he is a Paramedic too so I know he has gone through a background check. That's important to me when I have people come on to my property, knowing I have someone I can trust around my home. Now when it's time to remove my old deck for a re-do I know who I can call, really reasonable pricing too. Yeah, Junk Monkey! read more

They were on time. Very helpful. They gave great advice on items that could go and honest about price. Will use them for all our needs.

Ivan and his son were extremely helpful helping me move out my TV stand and bedframe. They arrived right on time and moved my stuff out very quickly. Ivan was very helpful in my requests and I would highly recommend him to move out any junk you have laying around! read more

Great service from Ivan. He was able to get my tree limbs disposal quoted & picked up on the same day. Highly recommend this business.

I've used Junk Monkey twice so far, and I'm a huge fan! They've been helping me remove bulk items/trash from my parents house, and they've been nothing but helpful! Ivan always responds quickly to my messages and they've always shown up in a timely manner. Junk Monkey is also so easy to work with! They make the whole process seamless and that's been such a relief for myself. I definitely have more projects that I'll be needing their assistance on, so I'm glad I've found them, but I would recommend them to anyone needing some additional help removing items! Thanks, Junk Monkey! read more

Ivan and friend did a good job for a fair price. Hard working good young men who do the right thing by recycling all kinds of junk. From tree branches and Televisions, to sofas and cleaning out garages. They came to me with only a couple of days notice and hauled off about a ton of junk. Thanks, I'll call you guys the next time I need junk recycled! read more

Ivan the owner is a great guy. On time and VERY reasonable. Texted and called me to confirm appointment the day before and day of. I don't usually post Yelp reviews but I think Ivan deserves this one. Can't say enough about his customer service which most small businesses these days lack. Call him, you won't be disappointed. read more

Ivan and his crew were great! They made all the big heavy junk go away. I really appreciated that he has pricing on the website - it made it easy to estimate how much the junk haul off would cost. Ivan was so nice! All the crap was gone so fast - even the stinky nasty couch our tenant left outside on a deck to be rained on. If your place is junky call the monkey! 100% recommended! read more

Ivan was extremely efficient, polite and fairly priced. I would recommend him to anyone!

I highly recommend Junk Monkey for your junk or brush hauling needs. We cut and cleared a significant amount of cedar from our property and had a truck load of other "stuff" no longer needed. The work put forth by Ivan and his team was significant and the hot/humid weather made it surely less enjoyable but the alternative of me doing it over several weeks with multiple trips wasn't worth it. Ivan's prices are fair, work is exceptional and communication excellent. read more

This crew ROCKS! They showed up on time and ready to work. We had an old 8 x8 shed that needed removed. It was Very well built and these guys handled it like champs! Junk Monkey was the answer for us. We had a number of items that the City of Austin would not permit in its waste removal collection nor would it accept in its recycling - old tile, a large piece of glass, and a broken microwave. I called Junk Monkey and they were at our house within a few hours. They picked up and loaded all of our trash items for a flat fee of $75. Junk Monkey solved our problem quickly and efficiently. I am keeping their number in my contact list! read more
