I had a pile of diverse stuff: wood from trees killed in Feb 2021, remains of a chain link fence, and a DirecTV dish. The pictures I sent weren't good enough for them to provide an estimate but the guesstimate turned out to be correct. They had to reschedule due to getting stuck at a previous job but came by the second time but without prior notice. They picked up the pile without my being there and I paid them by phone. So I started out with a 1 star because the i requested a quote and needed help but nothing. Turns out Yelp probably gets 1 star because their quote messaging didn't work. I can still see the message but i trust that these guys didn't get it. Anyway, the owner called and we chatted for a bit. I don't want to bust somebody who hasn't really had a chance to prove themselves so I am amending the rating and i have a new project coming up so hoping to change this again to a solid 5. I will tell you that any owner that cares enough to pay attention and try to resolve the issue whatever it is, they deserve a chance. I had a job where I need a ton of leaf litter in garbage bags and some general trash. I asked for a quote and got one quickly. The next day (I think) the trash was gone...and FAST. The range Rolin quoted was fair. One he was done, he charged me the middle. I looked at doing the work myself with my explorer, renting trucks/trailers, and whatnot. It was more expensive to do it myself and it would have taken all day going to the dump. I wondered if he regretted the quote as it rained that night and the bags were extra heavy with water?
