Outstanding service and response time! Rolin is a joy to work with! Within 30 minutes of requesting an estimate I was fully scheduled with Rolin, and that was on a Sunday night. The next day my mattress (king Tempur-pedic) and 3 inch king sized mattress topper (latex) were gone from my home by noon, at a very reasonable price! The price was only five dollars higher than every other place I got a quote from and Rolin was able to schedule almost immediately, unlike the other company that offered $5 less. I will use Jack Rabbit Junk Removal and Rolin again! Highly recommend! Thank you Rolin! read more

This is for the branch in the Detroit area. They came the day I called them! Two guys and a truck, and they quickly filled it to the brim, cleaned up after themselves, then left. The guys were a great help! read more

Quick and easy to schedule. I asked around the area and got multiple quotes. Jack Rabbit was the cheapest by $50. They came on time and were super quick. Would use again for junk pick up. Only thing is that they forgot a piece of the bed frame, but when I called, Rolin quickly turned around and grabbed it. read more

Rollin was extremely fair and prompt. It was easy to schedule a pickup, get a quote, and get the job done. I highly recommend his service.

Recommended! Rolin (the owner) was accommodating when I made a mistake in the date AND forgot to include a chair for his original bid. He worked with me on both items, showed up on time, and made it happen. read more

Rolin responded quickly to my request for a quote and his price was very fair and reasonable. Once I decided to go with him, it took almost no time for him to get us scheduled and have my stuff hauled away. He and his team were friendly, professional, and worked quickly. It all went so smoothly. I'll definitely keep him in mind if the need arises again. read more

Everything about working with Rolin was super easy, from the contact, to scheduling to pick up. Will definitely be hiring again for future junk pick ups. read more

Easy to work with, fair pricing and reliable. I have used them for junk pick up and vent clean out. They are honest, communicate well and arrive on time. Highly recommended! read more

Fantastic! Great service. Really nice guys. Punctual. And by far the BEST VALUE - trust me I did the due diligence; don't waste your time with anybody else...unless you just wanna read more

I needed a dumpster delivered to clean out 20 years worth of attic storage and other old items. I got a quote from Jack Rabbit right away, rates were fair and reasonable. The dumpster was delivered and dropped off on-time in my driveway on Friday and picked up Sunday at the time they said. That gave me and my wife 2 days to get the job done, which was what we needed. Couldn't be happier with the friendly service. read more

This will be our go-to place for the future. We received a reasonable quote in less than 30 minutes. Had a date and time set up within an hour for a Saturday (which works best with my husband's schedule). They came in time removed all of our pieces and even took an extra dresser we forgot to add. Very nice guys. Hoping we won't have anymore junk but if we do, Jack Rabbit will be who we call!! read more

I've worked with Rolin at Jack Rabbit Junk Removal several times over the past few years, and they always do a great job. They've helped me with furniture and junk removal, in addition to land clearing. Strong work ethic combined with excellent customer service. They are my first call for big and small jobs. Thanks, guys! read more

Showed up on time, made quick work of my junk pile. These guys were great! Not much else you could ask for when it comes to junk removal.

The company I originally scheduled with cancelled the day of and I was able to get Jack Rabbit Junk Removal come that same day and for a more reasonable price. Highly recommend! read more

They did a fast and professional job of removing my couch from my 3rd floor apartment and I hope to be using their services again in the future! read more

I didn't have a big job for them, just removing a couch, but he responded very quickly with a quote (which was the lowest I got of the four companies that responded), and unlike the cable guy, he got here exactly when he said he would. Glad to support a local business! read more

I had a pretty big job, almost a full dumpster of stuff. They were here within 24 hours, and did a great job. Fair price, and no hidden extra fees. Highly recommend. read more

I had a pile of diverse stuff: wood from trees killed in Feb 2021, remains of a chain link fence, and a DirecTV dish. The pictures I sent weren't good enough for them to provide an estimate but the guesstimate turned out to be correct. They had to reschedule due to getting stuck at a previous job but came by the second time but without prior notice. They picked up the pile without my being there and I paid them by phone. Overall, a very pleasing experience. I would just suggest some more communication. read more

We hired them to get a lot of junk out of the house before moving out. They were very friendly and understanding when I kept forgetting how many things needed to be junked, lol. read more

Update: had the occasion to hire Jack Rabbit. As you will see in all the other reviews, they are quick to respond and do a great job. One point i do want to call is their pricing is really great. Better than their competition including the bags you get and have picked up. Great job Jack Rabbit and thanks. So I started out with a 1 star because the i requested a quote and needed help but nothing. Turns out Yelp probably gets 1 star because their quote messaging didn't work. I can still see the message but i trust that these guys didn't get it. Anyway, the owner called and we chatted for a bit. I don't want to bust somebody who hasn't really had a chance to prove themselves so I am amending the rating and i have a new project coming up so hoping to change this again to a solid 5. I will tell you that any owner that cares enough to pay attention and try to resolve the issue whatever it is, they deserve a chance. So, yes i'd recommend Jack Rabbit and expect to test them in the next 10 days. read more

Rolin gave a fair quote over the phone, Cleared 9 acres of extreme landfill debris and trash in one day! I received before photos, pictures of the full dumpsters and after video of the cleared areas Verification that the job was complete. Pricing staid the same as quoted, and service was outstanding. Communication from Austin to Dallas to complete a job is rare and appreciated! Thank you Jack Rabbit for getting this project done so quickly and maintaining your word. read more

Great service, reasonably priced and prompt. Love them and will be my first call if I need more stuff hauled off

I bought a dumpster bag... but when I went to schedule a removal, there were so many rules that you don't see until you go to schedule! So I set about finding a local company we could give our money to. Rolin promptly replied to my request, answered my million questions, and came exactly when he said he would. He was courteous via email and phone. Not only did he save us some money (with other local bids coming in twice as much), but I didn't have to sweat the HOA since he came so quickly! I don't anticipate such a large load again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to use Jack Rabbit again! read more

I contacted this company to receive a quote to remove items I couldn't sell for my move. He was very reasonable in price so I decided to go with this company. When they arrived the two young men were very quick in gathering everything. They were also very pleasant. I too paid what exactly was quoted to me. I would recommend this company. read more

During a condo cleanout in Austin we called Jackrabbit Junk Removal and worked with Rolin. Couldn't be happier with their service. Showed up when they said they would, were quick and efficient in loading a huge amount of items, cleaned up after themselves, and were reasonably priced and so pleasant to work with too. When we called them for a second round, they worked us in again at short notice. When they were running late, they called to let us know and checked in to keep us updated which let us run errands and use our time productively. Highly recommend! read more

Amazing work!!!! Timely, efficient and communicated the entire time!!! Even had some tools we needed unexpectedly

Moving our old, awful hot tub was not an easy task to undertake, but JRJR did an exceptional job. They showed up early, were considerate of our spaces, and didn't give up, even when the beast of a hot tub was giving them hell. They cleaned everything up nicely and did zero damage to surrounding furniture/items. Prices are extremely fair! I highly recommend this company for your needs! read more

Fantastic service! Rolin was very fast to respond (even through the holidays) and we scheduled a pickup shortly after. They removed everything as quoted and even took a few extra items that were too big for me to dispose of myself. Very nice guys. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future. read more

Rolin from Jack Rabbit was awesome. Came out quickly at a time that worked for me, and was true to the quote he gave me here on Yelp. Furthermore, when I had extra stuff on-site to haul off, Rolin was fare and did not gouge me on the price. Speaking of price, Jack Rabbit was very very competitive in pricing, and I really feel that not only did I get polite & fast service but I also got value for my money. read more

Great company! My husband and I had a living room full of cardboard boxes (some broken down, others not) loose packing materials, old bedding, and the odd broken small kitchen appliance. Like most, we put it off, trying to do it ourselves. But after hearing a noise coming from the boxes-a tiny squirrel-we knew that to get him out, first things first - That junk HAD to come out FAST. We immediately called and requested estimates from a few local Austin area Junk Removal services who could get a truck out to us with immediate ASAP service! JACKRABBIT JUNK REMOVAL TO THE RESCUE! In less than 15 minutes, we had a call back from a gentleman named Rolin, who understood our immediate needs and gave us an idea of the cost of the job-w/no upsells, no additional charges. They arrived first thing next morning-texting us to let us know they were on their way, getting here right on time & ready to go! Rolin and his able assistant were quick & thorough-my entire area was cleared in less than 2 hours. Price was very reasonable, actually costing far less than we had expected. He explained that he bases the job cost on the size of the load. If you have need to get rid of any of your unwanted junk-then JACKRABBIT JUNK REMOVAL should be your first call. We are already planning the next clean out of our garage for later this year-and of course Rolin will be our first call. read more

I was moving out and needed hauling of a few items asap, I called, got an estimate and had a pick up time scheduled right away. He was pleasant and easy to work with, he moved very quickly to load up everything and charged exactly what he estimated. I would recommend he and his team to anyone who wants a junk removal in a timely manner. read more

Had to get some furniture removed, and got one of the best quotes from these folks. In spite of the torrential rain, and the fact that the couch and love seat were heavier than expected, the guys took care of it with no problem. Really appreciated the can do attituged. The final price was exactly what they quoted. Would gladly hire them again. read more

They came to my house this morning to remove a bunch of moving junk from our relocation here, and very quickly had it all in the truck all the way to the top. My garage is now clean and can finally fit a car. I would recommend them to anyone needing some stuff hauled away, and will use them again should the need arise. read more

Rolin was responsive and promt. He also gave a very reasonable quote. When he came he charged $30 more than he quoted but we did indeed get a much better price than the competitors. Glad to have all the junk gone. read more

Contacted through yelp. Rolin responded within 2 minutes with a very reasonable cost range\estimate. Scheduled a pick in the morning and Rolin and his assistant arrived on time and got to work right way. All the items where gone in less than 10 minutes and I was able to pay with credit card immediately after. I will hire Jack Rabbit again. read more

I received a quick and accurate quote (pleasantly for less than I was expecting), and Rolin and his assistant came by a few hours later, quickly loaded up and were on their way. I could not have asked for better service and will definitely give them a call next time I need removal services. read more

I had a job where I need a ton of leaf litter in garbage bags and some general trash. I asked for a quote and got one quickly. The next day (I think) the trash was gone...and FAST. The range Rolin quoted was fair. One he was done, he charged me the middle. I looked at doing the work myself with my explorer, renting trucks/trailers, and whatnot. It was more expensive to do it myself and it would have taken all day going to the dump. I wondered if he regretted the quote as it rained that night and the bags were extra heavy with water? Both he and his hired hand were extremely professional. Without a doubt, I would use them again!!! read more

Fast, courteous, and affordable. That's all anybody could really ask for. Jack Rabbit should be your only call for junk removal!

They responded to my inquiry quickly and came out on the day decided upon and picked up my old sofa for the price quoted. Super easy, and a nice guy. I would use them again. read more

I messaged the business through Yelp for a quote & to set up a time for service. I received a quick response with a price and timeframe for service. On the service day they arrived timely & worked quickly to remove the furniture. The price was reasonable & I am very pleased with this company. I would definitely use this service again in the future. I highly recommend this company if you need junk removal! Thanks guys! read more
