Completely unprofessional, bait and switch, arrived with a half full truck, and his help didn't arrive till hours later. I ended up helping him for hours to save time; yet he doubled his rates in the end. And lastly we told him the chairs in garage need to stay, but guess what, he left other trash but took the chairs. Then he sold us on he'll make up for it since his buddy Gael and him do carpet installation as well. These guys don't even k ow how to seam a carpet. We lost so much time and wasted money that we had to pay someone double to fix up their screwup. Don't hire the con men. read more

Instead of wishing it away or yelling me he probably couldn't take that, he took a non metal saw and took the time and energy on a very hot day to saw it in half. While I was getting other quotes from other companies in the area, they were the first one with the lowest quote. Their $65 flat rate to recycle my 75inch LED TV, was a great deal by far. They even provided me their availability during the initial conversation of the quote. I was really excited about their availability the next day because my broken TV was taking up space in my garage. They accept, cash, credit, or Venmo for payment. Today during the scheduled pickup, Sosa gave me the heads up that he was on his way and 30 minutes away. Alex came on time this morning. He was professional, customer friendly and even was helpful with the Venmo process. Not that I needed the education, but still was awesome to have that type of friendly customer service.
