It started with speaking with Steve (One of the owners) about four months ago, as I informed him that I was moving 300 miles to town suddenly and desperately needed a place to store all of my stuff. Steve promised to have a specific size reserved for me, and if they didn't have a unit available when I moved down, that he would let me use his personal garage. That wasn't necessary though, as Steve made sure there was a space available (With about six hours notice from me, once I finally discovered when I was moving), and handled all paperwork over the phone as I was in the middle of a five-hour drive, leaving a lock in the unit because he knew I'd be getting there late in the evening and didn't have a fitting lock. My storage unit was spotless, the entire storage complex was/is spotless, and he was completely understanding and provided incredible customer service when I needed emergency access to my unit at 5am the next week. I've spoken to Steve a couple of times since. He was kind enough to remind me of my due date after I missed payment two months later, and didn't charge me a late fee because they're good people. I just finished a phone call with Steve's son, Mike, who provided equally great customer service and was incredibly accommodating to my requests. I'm removing my things from their unit, only because I've found a place to live in Austin. I would gladly drive back to Buda to continue using their services, because of the amazing customer service I've received. There's no need to storage unit shop. Call them today. Calling and talking to any other company is a waste of time.

Reynell set us up with our unit. Y'all!! She is just about the sweetest and MOST helpful person I think I've ever dealt with in Buda. She answered all our questions with confidence and made sure they were all answered properly. The pricing is comparible to other storage places near by but they have some extras that will make you wanna go with Morningstar. Right now they're running a special for $1 the first month you're there. If you come at the end of the month they will prorate that one and give you the 2nd month for the dollar. What a great deal. That's ultimately what made up my husbands mind. The business itself is very clean and tidy. Our unit was immaculate before we put our stuff in. No dirt or dust to speak of. Its nice and bright so you can see what your doing and since they're open 24 hours a day, that definitely helps. I HIGHLY recommend taking your business here.

The district manager is unresponsive to all request for communication and they both have been unable to resolve any issues. Please consider a different storage facility for your storage needs. Issues with payment, management unable to explain certain charges, homeless people living on the property and currently have a storage unit on the property. Some storage units have no barrier to ceiling and are unsecure. Forced to move all contents from storage unit to another unit on the property with no compensation for time or labor and then given three days to vacate after moving.

Living in a camper has been great, but having my valuable things protected is a top priority. I moved out of an apartment and moved most of my belongings into a medium sized compartment at this location. Not very big but manageable. After a couple of upfront costs I had a monthly payment of $177.00 dollars, not the best for a student but manageable. Only after the SECOND payment I got a call from a hourly customer service representative who tells me there's going to be a price increase to $206.00 dollars a month. I started to ask questions but she tells me to "not shoot the messenger". She implies that she's been getting a lot of frequent calls about this price jump and she's the one who has to bear the responses. $177.00 to $206.00, that is a $29.00 MONTHLY price jump with no explanation, only a call from an underpaid gate watcher. $348.00 extra dollars a year. BRAVO extra space!

NO ONE WORKS AT THE OFFICE…read more Went to my Unit on Sunday May 14th and there was water in my unit. Office is closed which I respect that, so I emailed the company. Today I still have no response. ( 23 May) I have called multiple times and left voicemails with no response. I have talked to corporate and they said they will have the on-site manager call me. Guess what? No Response. I will be moving my stuff out when I get time at home to do so.
