Moving can be frustrating and even heavy in terms of responsibility and completing your objective in a timely fashion. I am proud to know this company has EXCEPTIONAL LEADERSHIP AND EMPLOYEES such as Mrs. Latrice and her team who not only have the best customer service this part of South Texas, but also have the ability to leave a sense of relief and helping hand in this time. Due to their generosity and professionalism, I have recommended friends and family to this location for ANY services they have to offer and will continue to do so henceforth!! Thank you ALL and have a great day!! read more

I should have read the reviews for public storage because I would have seen that this is something they seem to constantly do. You sign a "contract" thinking you locked in a rate. But they constantly raise the monthly payment. And not by a little. I've only been with them for four months and they raised it by $70. Apparently their contracts are only month to month. Never again. Such a scam read more

Priscilla was super helpful and quickly solved a storage problem I was dealing with. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole situation way less stressful. Really appreciate her help! read more

Horrible company. Constantly raising prices ridiculously high. Only been with the company for about a year and they have raised the price almost 100$ more then what we originally agreed on and they will not work with you I have never once paid the price we agreed on because as soon as my discounted promotional rate ended they raid the price. Do not waste your money with this company and store your stuff with literally anybody else. If you already have your stuff here get it out asap horrible company with horrible practices read more

F this place. Zero stars really. Broken down elevators. Unethical practices. It's been s**t since day 1. Upon move in I was locked in the lobby area mid move ( I had already moved my stuff from the truck to the elevator area. Called customer service and was told several times to leave my stuff there an a manager would move it to my unit in the morning and to just bring my key to lock. My sister and I asked several times if that was really the case and was reassured repeatedly that it was. Next day I come with my key, ALL my furniture was still outside the library. So I called and asked about getting help & was told that it wasn't practice to receive help( despite being told repeatedly I would get it) my sister had to head back the previous night (4hrs away) so I struggled to move the furniture myself, even dropped a piece on my toe fracturing it. All because of false information. And because I had nowhere else to store Irish had no choice but to leave it here. 3months later-- One elevator has been down since move in. The second happened to be broken on the day I decided to move out. I rented a truck and equipment and tried to use the stairs but it was impossible being on the 3rd floor. ( And yes I did try!!!) So Im out an over $100 on that a then they have the f-ing nerve to still charge for the next month when I had I spoke to the onsite manager saying I was moving my stuff because I didn't want to pay for next month so out almost another $100. They didn't do s**t and the elevator was still out for over a week after. Wtf is that. They could've sent an email, made a call, posted on the app, that BOTH elevators were down on the 4th last day of the month but no they decided it was fine to wait for ppl to show up and have some "greeter" onsite Inform that there was nothing they could do read more

We recently left this place because they had promised they would air-conditioned, and after a brutal summer we never had any air-conditioning in this facility we do not recommend. Just an update on this review the business raise everybody's rent by 30+ percent they're not offering anything more no more value added to your service but everything is 30% more. This is disgusting and disrespectful to the community. read more

Very clean, new. Very satisfied with prompt service and location. 1st month free is a great feature! read more

I've never felt compelled to leave a positive review for a storage unit - till now. I've rented two units here (Buda) for about 7 years and, most recently, another one off 620 West of Austin. Public Storage in Buda stands out for three reasons. 1) the helpful and positive energy of Ali 2) exterior and interior cleanliness (Ali's constant hard work, no doubt) and 3) the convenient hours of operation (6am - 9pm.) Ali (seemingly the only staff member working this location) has provided me the best customer service since he started working at this location. I have visited my Buda units more frequently over the last two months for various reasons, and every single time i've seen Ali busy sweeping the hallway on my floor, cleaning windows or doing some serious deep cleaning of the loading area's entrance rugs/floors/elevator. Never have i ever seen a public storage location so clean w/ a staff member so positive and helpful. Dealing w/ the stress of moving and the Tetris nightmare within your storage is never fun so a clean facility and kind helpful staff makes all the difference. I hope the owners know what an asset he is. Also, I work overnights so the early access time of 6am has saved me from additional trips, as i can stop by directly after work to grab what i need before the long drive home. Thank you Ali and Buda Public Storage for the great service :) read more

Taryn first lied to me and told me I had not been put on the account my husband soon to be ex-husband and I opened three years . I have the paperwork that said it was done before I even showed up. She's a liar and thief. I do not appreciate spending eight hours being lied to.. when I just to needed get my lawnmower that I own. I have been trying to get it for two weeks. I have the HOA on my back while my tools are being held over my head. Our bill was paid up to date. There is no excuse. 8 hours? Just to get my lawnmower. I hope you guys realize I had to miss a very important doctors appointment today because of your games. Absolutely disgusting behavior and zero customer service. Avoid this place unless you want to be robbed or screwed over and lied to. read more

I'm well satisfied with this facility. Everything is neat and exceptionally clean. Elevator is a nice convenience and entry codes work great to access secure areas. The only complaint I have is that the app won't always unlock doors, but this is probably due to building construction and can't be helped. The young lady who manages the complex is very helpful and courteous. read more

The rent increase was almost 40% and was about 68dollars more than their basic advertised price, not the online promotional price, the basic price. Please go somewhere else if you need storage longer than 3months. They WILL screw you out of as much money as they can. If you need short term storage, they'll work perfectly for you. Don't say I didn't warn you. read more

I just spoke on the phone with Dorian who was extremely rude as i was trying to explain that I didn't need to be paying an extra $15 a month due to my home insurance covering my unit and he was unhelpful and had an attitude. read more

The lady at the front desk was very kind, and helpful! she gave me the information I needed to get me on my way! Once I got up to my storage unit I saw that everything on the floor was very clean, quiet, and private. It also helped alot that there was something to stack my items on instead of me carrying up each and every box. Nice and simple to use. read more

Very good service and very respectful I had zero problems and it was a very simple and easy process

Celeste customer service made this entire process so easy, extremely welcoming and very comfortable from the time we walked in. The storage facility is very clean and the extra security makes our family safe to keep our belongings at Public Storage in Buda. :) Thanks again, we would recommend this facility. read more

beware!!!! worst ever public storage!!!! notice most positive reviews come from people that have only rated this company and maybe one other (huge scam) they have rose my rates from one year from $87 to $132. that is a 45% increase per month. there is not warning this is coming either. the first rate raise was 2 months after i stored, with another added a few months ago. this place is beyond dispicable!!!! do not use this facilty - they are gougers. i have sent my complaint to the texas attorney general in hopes they will be fined for gouging during the pandemic. horrible horrible horrible owners!!!!!! read more

The property manager, Adela, is awesome. She is very helpful and kind. The location is right off the highway easily accessible. It's very clean and very well lit. Super happy with our experience leasing a unit from this location. Big doors, plus elevators, and secured with individual PIN numbers to enter building for each customer. read more

Terran was very helpful! I came in this morning to get some things because i am moving. First impression, that the place was very clean and nice. Walking in i was treated kindly and very welcoming. She showed what they had to offer and even helped me realize what else i would need so i wouldn't have to make a second trip.
