Wow! Mind you we are usually on time, but we are on a fixed income and sometimes stuff happens unfortunately ! And only asked 1 time in years!! But nope sorry, they dont care, doesnt matter if you are with them for 20 years and on time for 20 years!! Also the rent on the units continue to increase pretty frequently. ​

When you perhaps need a lock cut or need anything of the storage unit nature, it's not as easy as walking into their office. But when you have the appointment, they are so helpful and nice. I suppose that's really not so bad considering the decent price in this small storage unit operation. The units are just fine and what makes this place special is the unique, local vibe to it. There are large gaps between the doors and the ground, but that can be fixed with some plastic wrap if you're super concerned about it. Overall, I'd recommend this facility to anyone who's looking in the area.
