After a few months of renting a unit, my rate had increased. I informed her that I hadn't received any notification, and she didn't react negatively. Instead, she listened attentively and retrieved my account information. Felipa understood that I was recovering from a brain injury. She promptly corrected the overcharge and offered me an even better deal than before. All of this happened before I even mentioned that I was considering switching places. She didn't wait for me to bring up the other place; she took it upon herself to resolve the issue. Honestly, her actions saved me from a lot of trouble. I would have had to move everything across town, hire people, and potentially even get hurt. Given my injury, I barely leave the house. She spared me all of that hassle, without any questions asked. However, when I showed up to unload with my $200.00 per hour crew, could not access the floor (we were supposed to be on 3 but they had the elevator coded for floor number 4). Started calling them at 1:30 as we arrived, and still have not heard from them at 7:30 pm. Had to shift the load in and pay my movers for standing around.
