The guys were super friendly and quick. They take all the precautions with walls/doors, and wrap everything before moving it. We've had some less than ideal movers before from other companies and Einstein doesn't even compare. We will be using them again in the future!

Then the thief turned around and relocked our unit with our same lock? This is an absolute joke of an attempt to get out of responsibility. I want to know who had access and how this could've happened conveniently while your one camera apparently isn't working.

Definitely not a good customer service representative yet some how the face of that location. I had a late payment on my unit. 1 day late might I add. And actually still within the grace period so if you want, technically not late. The fee was $102 and some change. He explained that the billing is every 30 days and that after the 6th day you get a late fee. Today is the last day of my grace period so my late fee shouldn't be until tomorrow. After asking for his manager he stated that there is nothing that could be done. That his manager would just agree. I don't mind if I have to pay a late fee from time to time but from a ten dollar late fee to a hundred is a bit excessive. And on top of that, this place is always broken. If it's not the front gate it's the back. Restroom I'm sure has asbestos. CubeSmart get help. Mind everyone this place has had class action lawsuits on them in the past. 8/20/24 **Update** As of this morning the district manager Ruben reached out and we were able to come to a resolution. Thanks for handling the situation in a professional manner. These situations do need better handling going down the ladder. We will continue to use your storage services and hope to have better expectations and experiences in the future.

She made the decision to rent from Storage King an easy one. I'd been to other facilities and none of the competitor locations had anything near the professionalism and kindness that Phoebe exuded. That being said, this storage service is beyond ridiculous. First we were lied to about an online rate being honored, so we ended up paying more than was necessary. On top of that, the rates keep going up and up and up, by at least $20+ increments in an unreasonably short amount of time. They sent out "30 days notice" letters, only for many of us renting from here to receive them less than a month before the price increase. There are no redeeming services that we have experienced from this company as of yet, they are not willing to work with us even though my father is a disabled amputee on a fixed income. The price increase is just brushed off as a result of the "current cost of business continuing to rise," meanwhile our incomes stay the same. Renters insurance is also a requirement, so on top of the ridiculously high prices, you're expected to also pay up front for renters insurance. Around 120 dollars rate gets brought up to nearly 150 in a matter of a month, and that doesn't include the MANDATORY renters insurance. Unfortunately, while they seem to "care" for customers and urge them to "reach out" about problems, they still have no problem at all making excuses for jacking up their prices so tremendously and leaving many with no option but to switch storage companies. All that is given in regard to any response is just a standard copy-paste business letter, essentially saying "we're sorry, but we're going to make the decision to jack up our rates while our businesses are making record-high profits." This is ridiculous to say the least.

I placed the reservation online and was supposed to get a call within and hour. An hour went by and there was not call. I immediately called and spoke to Jennifer. She was very nice and professional. She told me she did not have the trailer UHaul told me they had. She offered one of their trailer's they normally rent for $25 for the same price. I told her that was fine and was gearing up to head over there. She called me back and told me that Merlin said he would not honor that. She told me she would give me a trailer with a roof to it, which I really did not want but decided to take her up on it. I asked if she had a trailer ball and she told me she could sell me one for $12, which was not too bad. I get there and Jennifer hooks up the trailer for me. The ball she sells me is a tad bit too big for my hitch. The whole time I was towing you could hear it banging. When I got to the repair place, the plastic washers were chewed up. I decided to return the trailer that night to save me the trouble of returning it in the morning. Jennifer told me I could just leave it there and she would send me an email in the morning. Sure enough, I got an email in the morning from Jennifer. I have to agree with Jason K. If you do the reservation through UHaul and choose this location, it is hit or miss. I gave them more stars because of Jennifer's awesome customer service. Merlin was in the office and if I would have dealt with him directly, I might have scored them much lower. This place is a pain to get to for trailer rentals. I might opt for someplace a little closer to my house. I wish they had more parts for tow hitches. I did noticed you could rent popups and campers there too, which is good. I would love to see them start renting those dog house popups which I could tow with my car.
