    Pay a premium rate and think your belongings are safe.. only to have your storage unit BROKEN INTO…read moreand your stuff STOLEN. Don't worry there's no cameras working to protect your belongings and the office will just tell you there's nothing they can do about it. Even better they might try to tell you that maybe you just didn't lock it when you left. We've used this unit two times literally and you're telling me you think it was just left open? Then the thief turned around and relocked our unit with our same lock? This is an absolute joke of an attempt to get out of responsibility. I want to know who had access and how this could've happened conveniently while your one camera apparently isn't working.

Definitely not a good customer service representative yet some how the face of that location. I had a late payment on my unit. 1 day late might I add. And actually still within the grace period so if you want, technically not late. The fee was $102 and some change. He explained that the billing is every 30 days and that after the 6th day you get a late fee. Today is the last day of my grace period so my late fee shouldn't be until tomorrow. After asking for his manager he stated that there is nothing that could be done. That his manager would just agree. I don't mind if I have to pay a late fee from time to time but from a ten dollar late fee to a hundred is a bit excessive. And on top of that, this place is always broken. If it's not the front gate it's the back. Restroom I'm sure has asbestos. CubeSmart get help. Mind everyone this place has had class action lawsuits on them in the past. 8/20/24 **Update** As of this morning the district manager Ruben reached out and we were able to come to a resolution. Thanks for handling the situation in a professional manner. These situations do need better handling going down the ladder. We will continue to use your storage services and hope to have better expectations and experiences in the future.

    I completely back everything Alex has said. I'm not sure why you continue to single me out when…read morethis was a move that both Alex and I were involved in together. Whether I paid or he did is irrelevant--we both contributed to this process equally. To clarify a few things: I had my own dollies and equipment, and both Alex and I were moving significantly more items ourselves than your movers were. In fact, I noticed multiple times when I went down to the truck that both movers were just standing inside, not actively working. Several items they did handle--like my paintings that were still sealed in plastic--were wrapped unnecessarily three or four times, wasting time rather than helping the move go more efficiently. Yes, the elevator used was the freight elevator, but even if it hadn't been, both available elevators were equally close to the unit, so the point feels moot. Most importantly, the way you've chosen to handle this as a business owner is honestly shocking. Arguing with customers, deflecting accountability, and lacking basic humility or professionalism--especially when we were among your first clients and you had no reviews at the time--is both disappointing and embarrassing to witness.

Seems very high for a small living room and a bed... They later sent a receipt with the wrong amount I was charged. Felt like they were constantly running the clock as they took their time with everything: unnecessary over-wrapping of the furniture, claiming to need to disassemble furniture even further after I had already disassembled plenty on my own, and just overall lots of standing around. They dropped off all of the disassembled stuff at the new place and left. (Afraid of what the time would have been if they had helped with reassembly...) EDIT: Owner responded claiming there were no elevators to assist in the move when there in fact WERE operational elevators at both properties that were used by YOU so that was a blatant lie. Nobody else used the elevators during the entire time we hauled stuff to and from the truck... The original apartment was actually right in the middle of the complex so not sure why you're lying again claiming that it was at the end of a hallway...? As for the ridiculous claim about the truck's parking adding more time: the truck was parked at the entrance of the gate... Parking the truck a whopping 20 feet further to be OUTSIDE the gate would not have added "considerable more time" to moving the furniture and would have in fact saved time because you wouldn't have been blocking anyone inside the gate... Disappointed not only with how the move was handled but the lack of respect and lies told in the response. Extremely unprofessional.

I wanted to make sure they got their tip before they departed. They were excellent! Very professional, friendly and worked efficiently making sure I had all the help I needed and beyond! I was very impressed by this company Square Cow Movers! Michelle, who I spoke to on the phone was so kind and incredibly helpful! I needed to book help immediately after losing trust with another company who last minute tried to upswell me into not wanting a service I knew I didn't need or could even afford! Not to mention they were very rude since I didn't want that service. They said they would return my deposit and never did. I lost that (All My Sons) moving company's trust and won't want to do business with them again. I thought they were too good to be true at first. I was correct. Michelle on the other hand, is an angel! She was very sweet, professional and helpful at the initial call! She booked me last minute with a two man crew, with all the tools and materials needed to protect my furniture and belongings! She said I didn't need to pay a deposit that everything is paid for at the end. I love that they were willing to accommodate my needs and help me last minute! I was a bit disappointed for my own personal reasons that I would miss my niece's first dance recital and Michelle made a note on the proposal to be done by 4:30pm so I could make it to my niece's dance recital! I was blown away with their caring details of consideration on such a last minute notice! Those are the details that contribute to customer service and value! It really opened my heart and mind! Dennis and Ryan were fantastic movers and human beings! Super hard working, worked quickly, did several walk throughs. They came early and helped me pack and were very respectful of me, my father, my belongings and my time! I never felt they were trying to push me into something that I didn't want or ask for. I thought compared to other companies their price was fair and I'm so incredibly grateful for their honesty, and hard work that I was happy to tip them well. They completely deserved it! For someone who doesn't spend a lot of money, for me it was well worth to give more because I felt very well taken care of! I have already began recommending this company to many of my old neighbors! I'm very happy with this company! Thank you for taking such good care of my moving needs!
