A day later - I get an email that says my unit was left unlocked and I need to come fix it - I asked and the lady goes, oh that was an accident. It made me wonder if the other property people were informed their unit was EVERY broken into. Flash forward - I've spoken to 3 different people (Shanna, Jeffrey, Misty) to get reimbursed for Sept ($133) and it was approved by District Manager Trey but now its the END of OCTObER and the money has not returned to me and my understanding is they fired the women who TRIED to help me and all their locations dont answer their phone now. Trye won't answer - I've left him multiple messages for accountability. This place is a scam and there are multiple break in. The same owner of this location owns the Westgate location too. Reynell set us up with our unit. Y'all!! She is just about the sweetest and MOST helpful person I think I've ever dealt with in Buda. She answered all our questions with confidence and made sure they were all answered properly. The pricing is comparible to other storage places near by but they have some extras that will make you wanna go with Morningstar. Right now they're running a special for $1 the first month you're there. If you come at the end of the month they will prorate that one and give you the 2nd month for the dollar. What a great deal. That's ultimately what made up my husbands mind. The business itself is very clean and tidy. Our unit was immaculate before we put our stuff in. No dirt or dust to speak of. Its nice and bright so you can see what your doing and since they're open 24 hours a day, that definitely helps. I HIGHLY recommend taking your business here.

Forced to move all contents from storage unit to another unit on the property with no compensation for time or labor and then given three days to vacate after moving.

The units look to be at least 8 ft tall with concrete walls. I got a 5x5 that looks more like 4x5 but the price is good and there are no hidden fees or taxes. Unlike public storage, you don't have to buy their lock. The units are not climate controlled. Access is 7am to 8pm daily through a secured gate system that shuts after every vehicle, so tailgating is not likely. Great location on Ben white near congress. The folks are friendly.
