Speaking of sauce, I have no idea how many they have. 10? 15? 5,000? There are enough that every time I come in, I try something different--and I have yet to find one that disappoints. What really separates Sauced from a lot of wing places, though, is that they're actually doing the work. Everything is homemade and prepared from scratch in the kitchen, and you can taste it. The atmosphere is fantastic. Plenty of TVs, plenty of staff, and everyone seems to know exactly what they're supposed to be doing. The team is attentive, friendly and genuinely seems happy to be there. As someone who has spent a lot of years in restaurants, I notice that stuff. I've eaten a lot of wings. We ordered a vanilla latte, caramel macchiato, french toast with vanilla custard, and the Dienger Breakfast Sandwich. The food was absolutely fantastic! One of the best brunch spots we've eaten at. The atmosphere is beautiful and perfect to have a conversation without having to shout, too. In addition, Raymond stopped by our table (we presume he's the GM or owner). He chatted with us for several minutes. He checked to make sure we were having a good experience and told us about the history of Dienger Trading Co. He obviously cares a lot about the food quality and the business. We are so impressed and can't wait to go back! Next time we'll buy some treats from the bakery, and I'll take more pictures.
