One pants needs to be tailored by the waisted and that is $35. So one pants is totaled $55 for hem and tailored. When I picked up the rush job pants I paid $32. They did a good job in hemming the pants. It looks like we bought it for my daughter's size. The total of the 5 pants cost me $172. The lady and the man also wanted me to pay in cash. This is so suspicious on why they would only accept cash. One thing comes to mind is they are stealing from the owner, or not recording all sales from IRS, or just laundering money. Lol. Overall I am satisfied with the job. I do not recommend it because of the price is wayyyy to high. Most likely I need to find another Taylor shop to hem all our pants or learn to do n it myself. I first contacted Ashley about a year n half in advance to my wedding date after I saw an Instagram posting about a custom dress. At this point in the wedding planning I had already tried on a couple dresses & nothing seemed right. Every dress was lacking something & none of them felt like me. I decided to give her a call & ask some questions, get clarification, told her my reservations, & she gave me some advice too! Like, try on some dress styles & see what I like & what was flattering (this really helps in the designing process). After our first Conversation I went ahead and scheduled another two wedding dress appointments at different boutiques to see if I could find anything I liked off the rack or for some more dress inspo. Again, nothing was doing it for me. Sooooo, I called Ashley back to setup a consultation. We met, Ashley did her magic & drew up a beautiful mock of a couple of dresses I liked all together. I was scared, but in love. After some real thoughtful consideration, self talks about trusting the process & a couple Hail Marys I told Ashley I was in. This was honestly one of the best decisions I made in regard to my wedding. Ashley was super communicative during the process (& even after), was always available when I was stressing out about how my dress was gonna look & just wanted some reassurance (especially during 2020), & was very thorough when it came to the logistics of my dress. Come the day you get your big reveal you're not gonna know how to act. I screamed, haha. My dress made me feel the most confident I have ever felt in a dress & it truly reflected every thing I wanted for my wedding dress. Thank you, Ashley & Karen. Y'all rock! Told ready on Wed, not ready. Picked up on Thurs, $60 for my items. I was visiting and left on Sat, not having checked the clothes. Arrived next location Sat, checked items, only 4 were there! Called and was told items had been separated (not a word) and 3 items arrived Fri. Told it would be another $25 for those items. Today a friend went in to pick up and was told only 2 of 3 items there and it would be $45 to pick up! She left without paying, thankfully. I will contact Texas Attorney General as this is not just fraud, but criminal behavior. 7 items, $105 to clean!
