Told ready on Wed, not ready. Picked up on Thurs, $60 for my items. I was visiting and left on Sat, not having checked the clothes. Arrived next location Sat, checked items, only 4 were there! Called and was told items had been separated (not a word) and 3 items arrived Fri. Told it would be another $25 for those items. Today a friend went in to pick up and was told only 2 of 3 items there and it would be $45 to pick up! She left without paying, thankfully. I will contact Texas Attorney General as this is not just fraud, but criminal behavior. 7 items, $105 to clean!

I was planning on getting 4 yards backing and thread. No one else was in the store but us. After several minutes walking around, neither of the ladies asked me what I was looking for or if I needed help finding anything and really didn't seem to care. I walked by them again and nothing. I said thank you as I exited the store. I ended up buying my materials at Joann Fabrics online. I feel like I was snubbed just because my son was with me. Either way, I have unsubscribed from their emails and will not be setting foot in this place since I did not feel welcomed. So much for supporting a local small business.
