I've been coming to Comet Cleaners for about two years consistently. Every time I've come the staff have been amazing a few that have been there for before I started using them are amazing know me by name, ask about my family and are genuinely good people. Are they perfect no mistakes happen but every time I have had something not to their standards they offer to redo it. A few of the time is thought it was good enough but the staff was like no it can be better and redid the garment for free. A dry cleaning service should be a simple service that doesn't further complicate or involve unnecessary expenditure. The lack of both customer service and simply general pleasantness does not exist here. The main employee who refuses to wear a name tag or mention her name, though quite identifiable by her oversized square glasses simply can't be talked to. As soon as you walk in the door you are met with a scowl an attitude and the inability to provide simple customer service. They expect you to total your clothes yourself, identify if there are any savings in the specials they are offering, and provides return times of 48hrs+ without a blink of an eye. Customers are simply a commodity in which to keep the lights on, don't waste your time being treated as if you're lucky to have their business. read more

Took 2 down comforters to be cleaned and after I got home and took one out of the plastic bag, I saw that they were horribly wrinkled. It looked like they had just crumpled them up and stuffed them in a bag before hanging them on their hangers for pickup. I returned them to the store and they apologized and said they would redo them. I just picked them up for a 2nd time and it doesn't look like they were even touched. They are still wrinkled. This is not the first time I have taken the down comforters for cleaning and they have always come back in beautiful shape clean and crisp, though I took them to Carl's before. I will never use Comet again! A simple steaming would have easily relaxed the wrinkles, so I don't believe their attention to detail is high on their list! Extremely disappointed! read more

Ok so I'm the first here to rate, and while I want to give a 4 star shout out to my cleaners that keep me looking dapper- Rose the owner is a no call back kinda gal. I'm not going to rant about her in particular but I should say that after I've requested my pants dry cleaned with no pleat (ironed down the side with no line down the trouser leg) I keep getting them back with a pleat. Oh, heck, not a big deal but when you leave your name and number multiple times and no-one (looking @ you Rose) decides to call you back- well, I don't know what's worse maybe missing a Pokemon?! Update!! Alert!! Rose do you care that my pants continue to get pleated- are you playing with me?! I'm not impressed and I don't think other people can appreciate your dry wit. Please just read the notes in the system, after all that's what it's for right?! I'm but minus stars Rose, you do not deserve them. read more

Not the best cleaners... I have had to return items to be cleaned again because they came back worse than when they were dropped off. Clothes have stains and wrinkles in them. Bedspread came back with stains and looked like it was wadded up and thrown on a hanger. I keep thinking that maybe they will do better the next time, but unfortunately it is only getting worse. read more

I have given them the benefit of the doubt far too many times and it stopped today! After multiple requests to have no crease (or vice versa) in my pants, they continue to do the opposite of what I ask! They pride themselves on their one day turn around, but lack quality in their services. Sometimes it looks as though they haven't even touched any of my shirts with an iron! Both me and my wife have used comet cleaners for a good six months now and they do a fantastic job. The only complaint is that they are a little more expensive than most. I have found some coupons that do help with the price. read more
