I've been going to Comet Cleaners for years. Nakiesha is the best! Her customer service is second to none.

My partner and I live in an area where, due to the aquifer, we have limited and expensive dry cleaning options, so I decided to look a bit further out. This location is only 2 minutes from my gym, so it was still very convenient. Glad I did because the service was friendly and quick. I was in and out in no time and was told my 4 pieces: a suit, blazer, and skirt would be ready before 6 pm the following day. Unfortunately, I was not able to pick them up until a few days later, which the rep said would not be a problem. It was the same rep when I picked them up today. She seemed under the weather but was courteous and wore a mask and avoided in engaging in small talk as before, but this did not come off as rude, instead, to prevent unnecessarily spreading germs. Although the pricing was still more than I would pay outside of Stone Oak, it was still less than the last place I used and just as convenient. The woman at the counter was very good and cheerfully explained the pricing of my garments. The price was not bad and the qualify of the laundry was superb. There are a number of Comet Cleaners throughout SA, but I'm fairly convinced this is the best of the bunch. I was on a bad streak of mediocre dry cleaning experiences for awhile, but after doing a little research I managed to find this location with the absurdly high rating. I was skeptical, but they came through for me in a big way. I had several stained formal pieces and a couple of blazers that needed some cleaning TLC. After checking out the clothes, the staff determined that it'd be ready in a day. They gave me a ticket and offered a digital version via email as well. (#1) Fast forward a day, I'm back and the clothes were ready by 2pm. For $21 I was able to get two blazers, three dress shirts, and a pair of pants. They did a great job with making sure my stains were out and everything was perfectly pressed. After using this location for the first time recently, I see why they are rated so highly. The staff were friendly and polite. I dropped off a king comforter and the guys told me it would be a week because it's a household item. They had it back to me within 3 days. Prices seem comparable to others but the customer service is on par. I appreciate that. read more

I got my suit cleaned up the day before my wedding (had it sent from Chicago) they told me to pick it up at 2pm ended being ready at 10 am, saved me the whole day, ik who I'm going to next time, and the price was less then all the local cleaners, which was a life saver, highly recommend going here read more

If I could give -1000 stars....1st visit and last visit. Dropped off 6 dress shirts before same day cutoff..went back before closing and only 2 shirts were available. Was told the others would be delivered to location before closing. So I came back the following morning before work and GUESS what. I will not be returning. I dropped off 3 pairs of jeans and 2 shirts at the store off Bulverde Rd. I wanted heavy heavy starch on the jeans and she said they could not starch the shirts because of the button snaps. I was told $2.99 for shirts and $4.99 for jeans. When we picked them up it was $38.00 and change. How does that add up? Then the jeans had hardly any starch at all. Total rip off. Guess I should have listened to bad reviews rather then good because the bad were totally true. I'll be sure to pass along the word read more

I chose this place because they had the highest ratings on yelp and they did an awesome job with my two pieces I brought in although I will say was way more expensive than I expected. $6+ Per piece. Coming from North Austin. Prices weren't even that high out there which I don't really understand but I guess. Didn't want to get four stars just because of price, my experience with these guys was still great. The lady in the front was super nice and helpful. Not going to lie I probably will still search around for something cheaper but still recommend this place as well read more

I dropped off my items at 6pm and was able to pick it up the next day by 5pm. I received a text notification when it was ready which is a nice way to update customers easily. When you first drop an item off they create an account for you on spot by getting your name, email, phone#. The cost was very affordable for my suit jacket and vest it was between $13-14.
