I am not the best at laundry. I have ruined many shirts. Nakeisha took my last 5 shirts that I ruined. She got them from looking like zebras to back to pure white. Thank you. Nakeisha is so sweet, professional, and a savior for the shirts that I ruin. read more

I use Comet Cleangers on Culebra Rd., just outside Loop 1604. My clothes are always beautifully cleaned and Comet takes care of its employees, as well as customers. Margie and Eva were very helpful, friendly and professional today! thanks! read more

This is the best cleaners I have found in the area, their pricing is great and service wonderful. Usually all pieces take a day to get cleaned. The girls are also so nice, I usually deal with Nakeisha and she is nice always well mannered. Very recommended store. read more

My partner and I live in an area where, due to the aquifer, we have limited and expensive dry cleaning options, so I decided to look a bit further out. This location is only 2 minutes from my gym, so it was still very convenient. Glad I did because the service was friendly and quick. I was in and out in no time and was told my 4 pieces: a suit, blazer, and skirt would be ready before 6 pm the following day. Unfortunately, I was not able to pick them up until a few days later, which the rep said would not be a problem. It was the same rep when I picked them up today. She seemed under the weather but was courteous and wore a mask and avoided in engaging in small talk as before, but this did not come off as rude, instead, to prevent unnecessarily spreading germs. Although the pricing was still more than I would pay outside of Stone Oak, it was still less than the last place I used and just as convenient. Based on my first experience, I would recommend them. read more

The woman at the counter was very good and cheerfully explained the pricing of my garments. The price was not bad and the qualify of the laundry was superb. There are a number of Comet Cleaners throughout SA, but I'm fairly convinced this is the best of the bunch. I was on a bad streak of mediocre dry cleaning experiences for awhile, but after doing a little research I managed to find this location with the absurdly high rating. I was skeptical, but they came through for me in a big way. I had several stained formal pieces and a couple of blazers that needed some cleaning TLC. After checking out the clothes, the staff determined that it'd be ready in a day. They gave me a ticket and offered a digital version via email as well. (#1) Fast forward a day, I'm back and the clothes were ready by 2pm. For $21 I was able to get two blazers, three dress shirts, and a pair of pants. They did a great job with making sure my stains were out and everything was perfectly pressed. I appreciate the efficiency and a job well done, which is 5 stars all the way. ____________ (#1) A tech savvy dry cleaners? Sign me up. read more

After using this location for the first time recently, I see why they are rated so highly. The staff were friendly and polite. I dropped off a king comforter and the guys told me it would be a week because it's a household item. They had it back to me within 3 days. Prices seem comparable to others but the customer service is on par. I appreciate that. read more

I was flying to San Antonio for business, TSA Dude "I'm sorry sir but your sport coat must go through the X-Ray". It ate my jacket. I was desperate, all the other cleaners in town said next day, but I had a meeting first thing. I went to Comet Cleaners Evans where I spoke with the manager Lori Hoff. Lori went above and beyond to help me, she broke the rules and helped me nail my meeting. Thanks again Comet Cleaners! read more

If I could give -1000 stars....1st visit and last visit. Dropped off 6 dress shirts before same day cutoff..went back before closing and only 2 shirts were available. Was told the others would be delivered to location before closing. So I came back the following morning before work and GUESS what. My shirts weren't at the location and I didn't have a work shirt to get to work. What a joke this place is. And this will be my 1st and last time I'll ever do biz with them. read more

I will not be returning. I dropped off 3 pairs of jeans and 2 shirts at the store off Bulverde Rd. I wanted heavy heavy starch on the jeans and she said they could not starch the shirts because of the button snaps. I was told $2.99 for shirts and $4.99 for jeans. When we picked them up it was $38.00 and change. How does that add up? Then the jeans had hardly any starch at all. Total rip off. Guess I should have listened to bad reviews rather then good because the bad were totally true. I'll be sure to pass along the word read more

Kari at Bandera was super sweet and friendly and was super helpful during my vist I would recommend going to her for help

I chose this place because they had the highest ratings on yelp and they did an awesome job with my two pieces I brought in although I will say was way more expensive than I expected. $6+ Per piece. Coming from North Austin. Prices weren't even that high out there which I don't really understand but I guess. Didn't want to get four stars just because of price, my experience with these guys was still great. The lady in the front was super nice and helpful. Not going to lie I probably will still search around for something cheaper but still recommend this place as well read more
