Worst service from any company that I can recall. Scheduled pick up for one down comforter. Pick up arrived at the last minute but they did get here in their pickup window. This was on a Friday. It was to be cleaned and delivered back on the following Tuesday between 10:00 and 12:00. I waited till 1:00 and then contacted them and they said they would contact the driver and find out an ETA. They texted back an hour later stating that my comforter wasn't dry yet and asked if they could deliver it the next day.... Not sure what my options were but I agreed to that. So it was scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday between 10:00 and 12:00. Again delivery window passed with no show. Texted back and they said that they would get back to me with an ETA. It is now 1:00 and just received a text that they had contacted the facility and the delivery driver hadn't shown up..... Needless to say I'm still waiting, but this will be my first and last experience with this company. read more

While this was my first time using Press, it will unfortunately also be my last. I had a scheduled delivery time for September 19th from 2-4pm. A couple hours before the scheduled time, I got a text asking me to come down to the lobby to get the clothes. However, since this was not within the scheduled time, I was not home and the clothes had to be dropped off later that day. When I did eventually get my clothes, I noticed that I had an item missing. It was only after I texted the driver inquiring about it that I was informed that it wasn't ready and was asked if Monday, September 25th would be okay for them to drop it off, which I responded that that was fine. That did not happen. On September 26th, I received a text that my jacket would cost $94.99 if I wanted them to clean it - what had they been doing with it all this time, I do not know but I responded that that was fine, as the listed price for leather jackets was already on their website. On September 30th, I reached out to the company asking again when my jacket would be ready. I received a response the next afternoon that they thought it would be ready by Friday, October 6. On Wednesday October 4th, I got a text that my pickup was confirmed(?) for Tuesday October 3 between 8-10am... it was not delivered. On Friday October 6th, I got another text that I had a scheduled delivery that day. It was still not delivered. I then again inquired about my jacket and was told that the cleaner would not be able to deliver my jacket until the following Friday, October 13th. That Friday I got a text that my jacket would be delivered between 8-10am. It was not delivered. I inquired about my jacket again and was told that they would look into it. At 1:20 pm, I got a text from the driver informing me that they were at my apartment and asking if I could come down to get it. Because I was not told a time or even if it would be delivered, I was again not home. I finally got my jacket back later that day. They did a good job cleaning the jacket which is why I gave them two starts but the communication was absolutely unacceptable. I had seen other negative reviews on Yelp but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt anyway. I hope that this brings more light to the problem so that it can be properly addressed and resolved for future customers if they are lucky enough to get any more. read more

DO NOT USE PRESS CLEANERS!!! I used a few times last year, and they were great. We have a reno going on, so decided to use them again. They confirmed a pick up - and drop off. Pick up was done, as was drop off. Come to find out we were missing over $300 worth of our laundry (all the darks). I reached out NUMEROUS times. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone here. They are slow to respond to emails, and when they do, they are not helpful at all. Gabriel is telling me they have "no record" of my pick up. I went ahead and sent him PROOF of the PRESS bags being picked up and dropped off at our residence. I still have not heard anything, and he has offered zero solutions to this issue. I will be reporting the company for fraud unless they can quickly turn this situation around. Do not use this company - my guess is, its a failing business that can't keep up and doors are about to shut. read more

Was very convienent and page was easy to use. It saves you a ton of time. No more Tuesday's spent running to and from a dry cleaner, instead it gets picked up and dropped off 1-2 days later. I will leave an updated review when my 1st order comes back. Great service thus far. read more
