I am going through with having some work done on my home that required me to uninstall my washer and dryer. The laundry piled up and I finally got motivated to get it all done at a laundromat. During covid I've been worried about my exposures and the laundromat seemed like a hot spot to me. Lucky for me I found a clean, big laundromat. They have plenty of washers and dryers so customers are not stacked up on each other. The machines and new so they are efficient to clean and dry then get you out and on your way. Largest washer is $6/per wash but can carry like 5 loads. The $4.50/per wash can carry about 3 loads. I used this one and I also washed my down comforter, two pillows, sheet set, and a few white clothes. The smallest washer is 1.50/per wash. All washers are front load. Each dry is $1.50 and starts at 30 minutes. read more

Great place!! I read one review that they did a card instead of coins, so I was a little hesitant about coming here, but it is super clean and has great washer and dryer's. After I did my laundry. I thought the card deal was a great idea having to hall my laundry detergent and having to keep up with the bag of coins is a lot, but with the card I just purchased it loaded money on it put it in my wallet and it was super easy. Great laundry place, but they have a cartel of people who hog up all the dryers and washers. Ruins a great place. Don't come here. I even asked the employees about them. I've been waiting an hour to use the dryers with clothes just sitting in them. The employees refuse to remove them. It takes away the value they offer, essentially ruining what used to be a greatplace. Oh well, on to the next one hopefully ill find a place that values its customers.. They leave these tags on them like they own them. They hog all the tables to fold your clothes read more

This place is very nice but every time I park in the handicap spot there has been two employees now who told me I can't park there... I am a 100% disabled vet but I'm not fat and old I guess that's what they expect when they see someone park in the handicap spot... the one guy who called me out I told him I have the plack on my windshield he apologized which that one wasn't bad but the second time was some younger girl who gave me dirty look as I asked to use the bathroom and she snapped at me and said "you can park there unless your handicap" in a very mean way I told her I have the plack she didn't say anything and unlocked the door and went back behind the desk and keeps giving me dirty looks. Idk maybe it's because I have a pride shirt on as well not sure what her deal is but she has a horrid attitude I don't even want to come back at this time when she works. I went here when my washer broke. I had to come here twice on separate occasions. The washer ate my money without giving me the wash so I brought it up with the manager and was told to come back another time during the day. I tried many times to go get my money back but Needless to say, it was a hassle for $7.75 so I never returned. The establishment is clean but the help is not friendly or helpful. Just be careful when you put your card in the machine. read more

Excellent service! I had a short time line to get my garment dry cleaned, and expressed the urgency to the woman that took my garment. I offered to pay extra to receive it on time. I dropped off my garment on Sunday afternoon and I received a text and a phone call Tuesday that it was ready for pickup. I was beyond surprised. The woman that was working at the time told me that the person that I dropped it off with made a special trip to drop it off and pick it up so that I would have my order right away. They didn't even charge me extra to get it rushed. They went above and beyond to get my garment cleaned and returned to me ASAP. Thank you, you made my daughters big day extra special and saved me some stress! read more

Worst place ever didn't even laundry my clothes must've just put them in the dryer with a dryer sheet because not even clean, have dirt on pants that you can just brush off so I know they didn't wash them!! don't waste your time or money!!didnt even fold , just threw the clothes in a bag! Would have given a 5 star but the fact that it isn't a coin laundry is disappointing mainly because every machines has a $5 hold on your card. Swiped my card three time and had a hold for $15. Other then that, I got my clothes washed and dried in about an hour read more

This is Gilbert* So I never gone to a washeteria before, shut when the snowstorm hit here in San Antonio my water froze up....lol...so I actually saw this place being built, passed by alot after work.Then with no water i was like I got to go there. Had a good experience there, but what made it even betterwas this Employee named "Desiree" acknowledge Me as soon as I walked in and helped me with the new machines cause I never used one before!!! And helped me with the paycard!!!
