I've used them for years. The past two times, one dress didn't even look cleaned, but I thought "ok, maybe the stain couldn't be taken off." This second time, intook a jacket I only wore once but had sweat in it, so for precaution, I took it to get cleaned. (Don't want to be stinky). The jacket wasn't even wrinkled. It was an optic white and still crisp. When I took it out of the bag, the jacket now look gray and it was wrinkled to the point it looked like I had shoved it somewhere for months. The picture attached still shows wrinkles after I steamed for an hour. My new jacket is dingy and wrinkled. read more

The 14439 NW Military location of USAVE Cleaners has terrible customer service. The female working up front became argumentative when I advised her the suit I brought in for dry clean had come back with a hole on the left sleeve. As soon as I got home I noticed it once I took the plastic off. I could not return to the store because I had picked up my dry clean right around closing time, however I returned early the next morning. There was no doubt in my mind a wire hanger had got caught in it. The hole was the perfect size from the tip of the hanger. She never once apologized. She just replied angrily she was certain that there was no way it could be a hanger. Told me I had to leave the suit with them and they would investigate. Received call by another department a couple days later that they were in no way responsible for the hole. Again, no apology, no refund. Please, if you value your clothes, do not use this facility. Both employees never thought to express regret for what happened or accept any accountability. I will never return here. read more

I used to go to the USave on DeZavala and the employees there were OUTSTANDING! The customer service was great. Always smiling always friendly. There were times I would run in two minutes to closing or show up 5 minutes after and no matter who was there...they would take care of me or whoever was walking in. Since they have closed I've gone to the Vance Jackson location, it's really hit or miss. It's a ways for me to travel but it's a great value but if I go all that way and the workers close up 10 to 3 on a Saturday when closing time is 3 and all they are doing is sitting and talking then they aren't so much worried about the customer or the business. I'm hoping they find another store front on this side of town like they mentioned. If not, I'll be looking elsewhere... read more

I had good luck with this dry cleaners until they lost 3 sets of my work pants and refused to accept any responsibility or acknowledge that they had role in it. The manager was rude, aggressive and refused to agree to reasonable requests. He didn't listen to the facts and automatically got on the defensive and became irate and started yelling to leave his store. The workers are nice and respectful however if there any any issues with any thing going wrong, like a stain or missing item I feel that little will be done as there seems to be no accountability from management. They have definitely lost my business due to their unprofessionalism. read more

I went to USave Cleaners on Vance Jackson and it only cost me $1.99 to dryclean a prom dress that another location (Five Star Cleaners on Fredericksburg Rd.) wanted to charge me $40 to clean. I loved that it was gonna be ready the same day!!!! No hassle or excuses & the girl was pleasant. read more

We have been trying to pick up our clothes from the Culebra location since last week. They claim to be open at 8-11 that is incorrect since no one has been there. They have a sign on the door closed. Hopefully you don't have clothes there as well good luck trying to get them. read more

I was very dissapointed with the way in which the cleaners pressed my shirts, with respect to breaking and cracking buttons. They ruined one of my favorite newer western snap button shirts by breaking the three buttons completely off of the one cuff and cracking the other three buttons on the opposite cuff. I have received back the shirts with the laundry tag attached with a note to "...replace button down collar button". I guess this was for me to repair, because they sure didn't do it. On another button down collar, they cracked the button in half and did replace it, using black thread, when all of my other buttons were white thread. I asked for my jeans to be starched, with a center crease. They came back starched with no center crease. The only bright spot in this was Stephanie, who was the sweetest counter person you could have ever asked for. I switched to another cleaners, who will charge me a little more for my shirts and jeans, but peace of mind will ensure my blood pressure will not go up every time I go home and inspect my laundry from Usave. read more

I have always had great service for regular everyday items. I would have given it five stars, but sometimes I've had to wait because someone is not at the front desk. No bell to call their attention, so I'm left waiting. The prices are great compared to other places. read more

Former regular patron until the cleaners lost my expensive pair of pants. Now it's like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. After months of disingenuous assurances of them looking into the matter, they now say the pants were never lost and were given back to me. This is a scam business with dishonest practices. read more

It's cheap and quick. The staff is always nice and has looked up my order without a ticket before using my phone number so that's nice. They don't dry clean leather though. read more
