My review is about the Maverick cleaners located on potranco road close to 151 in San Antonio. They do fine work but there is one problem. On Saturdays they don't open until 9:00 a.m. that is a problem because early people like me who get out early on Saturday to deliver their shopping and stuff can't get there until 9:00. I wish they would open a little sooner. read more

This place is little difficult to find especially since the name has changed so it's no longer Maverick, and is a laundromat on the other end of the shopping Plaza that gets a lot of attention. Their work has always been very good. Never any problems with dry cleaning. The business is only open Monday through Friday and it can be a little difficult to reach due to traffic and location. read more

Don't be fooled by the advertised turnaround time. Came here because I needed next day service and they said "this is only a drop off location, we don't dry clean on premises". I pointed to their window advertisement and they said "sorry that is not true". read more

SUPER affordable and quick. I got a semi-formal dress, winter jacket, and an ROTC uniform (same day pick up on that one!) all done for just over $12. Another place quoted me upwards of $20 just for the dress and over $4 for each part of the uniform, and that wasn't even same day pick-up. The dress and uniform were both ready when they told me they would be, but we had to go back another time for the jacket, which was inconvenient. They also had warned me that the material around the pocket/zipper could get weird when they dry cleaned it, and unfortunately it did in a few areas. Although they warned me, it should have been mentioned at pick up and it wasn't. I would still go back because the prices and turn around time are awesome. The jacket is still wearable too, so oh well. read more

I picked this place, because of its reviews. But don't be fooled by the past posts. I dropped off 4 shirts of which I told the cashier that two of the shirts had small food stains and paid for them to get cleaned, but when I picked them up the the shirts that I had pointed out to the cashier were still on the shirts. The cashier then said that maybe the stains were permanent and that's why they couldn't remove them. Hell, it looked like the shirts were just pressed with the stains and hung back up on the hangers. I was so pissed as one of the shirts I was going to were that day. Never again will I use this place. I definitely won't recommend this place to my military friends, who by the way are still looking for a good dry cleaners here in SA. read more

These people deserve a raise and a medal for their service, cheerful attitude and attention to detail. If there is a sign of a stain they'll take it back and redo the garment free. Maverick Cleaners normally has two people working the front desk which seems to work out just fine. They are both very friendly and able to get me in and out within minutes. The real spotlight of this place is the price. The price to dry clean is very cheap and they do excellent work! The other day, I dropped off 10 items and paid only $18. It is in a small shopping center which has some issues getting in/out of the actual shopping center due to traffic on the intersections but again..totally worth it! read more

unfortunately I've received damaged or missing items. I've yet to get resolution on a missing pair of pants and 10 shirts. The management has failed to contact me after several personal attempts. One good note the front desk are very respectful and helpful. read more
