They charged me $25 to wash and DRY a queen topper that weighs 6 lbs and they didn't fully dry it. And they didn't have scent beads but didn't tell me that when I called them before dropping it off, or I would've brought my own. To top it off the soap they used smells gross. I wish I could only do half of my job and get paid in full. Lousy overpriced service. Never again.
