My washing machine quit working last weekend and I wanted to go to a laundromat that wasn't coin operated and was a safe, clean place to go do my laundry til my washer was fixed. It's easy to use their app where you can load money into your account without needing a physical laundromat card since you can access everything in their app! In the app called Huebsch, you can even see how many machines are available, how much longer is left on the machine you're using & it lets you know via text that your clothes are about to be done. They have free popcorn which was a nice surprise to me. They have a good selection of snacks and kcup coffees for purchase, a bar style table with bar stools, 2 bar height tables with chairs, free WiFi. The young man that was there cleaning (in uniform) was very attentive at his job making sure the place stayed clean and helping people this young man deserves a raise! The down side unfortunately was the lady who works there but was not in uniform (doing her own laundry) today may have turned us off to this place. She overheard this man offer me the rest of the time on his machine as he was leaving. She could not move fast enough to get her clothes out of the washer to claim that dryer! Maybe she needed it more than me. But when the young man offered me a folding board my wife noticed her shake her head no with look of disgust on her face to the young man, as if she had a problem me using it, behind my back as I went to retrieve it. If this is how she is on her day off I'd hate to see her on duty. The word Karen comes to mind. I will say the place was clean but a tad bit pricey. But unfortunately because of our experience I'm not sure I can recommend this place, nor am I sure I will return. read more

Very clean. Staff is professional and I always see them cleaning all the machines every time I come in at whatever hours while they are open. State of the art washing machines and dryers. They have a restroom that's unisex and it's clean too. Also have a working vending machine. Honestly I liked it when I first got there yesterday, it was bright and clean.. the lady was nice - until I had an issue. I had been there for a good portion of the day with my son doing laundry, and on my last load I had noticed this white stuff on three pieces of clothing when I looked into the machine there was a large sticker and you can tell that is what rubbed off onto my clothing! I told the lady who was working (a different one than the one that was there in the afternoon) and she came over and took the sticker out of the machine and said she would call someone to ask what to do... next thing I know the lady that was there from the afternoon came in and started looking and taking pictures to send to the manager/owner. After speaking to someone on the phone she came up and said "You might hate me, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do, what happened was YOU used too much soap and that is residue from that" Ummmmm excuse me, clearly is isn't!!! I didn't use too much soap, I didn't have any rugs (which is where the sticker came off of, found it thanks to Google) and it isn't one any other pieces of clothing! Clearly they don't want to take responsibility for any damages. read more

My dryer is broken and I had to use the laundromat, which is basically an awful experience. I tried this new one on Pat Booker and it was great. The owner was helpful and friendly, the building is immaculate and you don't have to fool with quarters. I hope my own dryer gets fixed because it's convenient, but I would use this laundromat again and absolutely recommend it. read more

I've never used a laundromat and I was impressed with this facility as soon as I walked in. The equipment is really nice and they have super large capacity washers and dryers. This was perfect since I was washing an 8x10 Ruggable. The only complaint I had was the attitude of the female attendant. My rug was still dripping when the washer was finished. I double checked with her if there was an option to add another spin cycle and there was not. As a result, there was water on the floor in front of the machine when I removed the rug and she was extremely irritated with me asking her to dry it before someone fell and got hurt.
