The outside of the store needs a little work but the washers and dryers work great! I met so many nice genuine people here, it's peaceful, nobody will bother you or take your clothes. I am an honest hard working man who unfortunately does not have a washer and dryer. On two occasions I have been treated rudely in an uncalled for manner. I come in later in the evening, do my laundry and most importantly mind my own business. Both times by the nasty fat b#### who runs the place. Some people have never learned class. The first time I was practically pushed out the door when I had a good 45 minutes cause she just didn't want me there anymore. And yes, I was still polite with her even though my towels didn't get fully dry. This is my first visit, two of my loads are already drying, the washing went well, and I'm just waiting on one more load in the washing machine. I've already been greeted by one of the co-workers who kindly told me his name (Henry) and said he'd be glad to help me if I needed any help, which he has. At this moment he is cleaning the facility which in my opinion can use some clean up. But other wise, the machines work well, there is a working coin machine, enough chairs for everyone to sit and be able to keep an eye on the machines. The gentleman that was here these past 2 times is nice and keeps himself busy cleaning the floors and offering help to patrons. I'd give more stars but the vending machines, walls and front windows could use a good wipe down - granted it's a laundromat. Plenty of washers and dryers so even though it's busy today, there is no wait. Washer sizes range from the regular smaller size up to 55lb washers. I like it here since there is always someone here to help if you have an issue with a machine. Oh and I added a "tip" regarding the restroom and gumball machines. They are Disgusting. read more

Tons of machines of all different sizes and plenty of driers. Machines from small (1.25), medium (2.00), 25lb (2.25), 40lb (3.25), & 55 lb (3.75). Process are very good. Driers are 1.25 for 40min. Folding tables & laundry carts. Vending machines also available. Clean for the most part. Was here at 8am on a Friday and only a few other customers here. No machines with out of order signs. I come here at least 1 a month to get a large king size comforter cleaned since it won't fit in my machine. Mega size Washer does the job well, cost went up a quarter recently from 15 to 16 to wash in the mega size washer. The dryer is still 5 quarters but it takes more than one time to really dry my comforter, I usually just do it once and let it air dry the rest at home. Its a pretty standard, older laundromat. Machines that dont work are clearly labeled, but most do-and are affordable at that. The biggest downside is they allow people to just leave their clothes in the few large washers (they have 4, or 6 cant remember exactly) after they are finished basically blocking those machines for sometimes up to an hour. The next size down is just as bad-either full or not working. This is the FOURTH time in 4 weeks I've stopped here at various times of day only to find the big washers full of wet, sitting clothes with no owner of said clothes in sight. I have had to go to the newer 24 hour, far more expensive laundromat near where Naco turns into Perrin-Beitel by Thousand Oaks every time because of this. They usually have a staff member here, they need to start enforcing an unattended policy! read more

Last two times we have washed our clothes and the washers are full of soap suds that you cannot see when first starting but then you cannot rinse them out. It's a laundry facility. Unless they just built it and you are the first one to use it, then in my experience they all look like crap. Yes the machines are old and the place could use a good bleaching, but it was cheaper than most places and the machines worked. If I could give this place zero stars I would!! I have been a customer here for a month or so going 1-2 times a week. I haven't had any issues aside from the dirt on the floors and the bathroom I refuse to use! I went today and washed 3 loads of clothes. I sat outside in my car like I normally do and went in to get my laundry from dryer. I went to the dryers and my entire house full of towels was missing. One patron said it was the mananger. "He grabbed them and went to that Cadillac parked outside!". I kinda didn't believe her until my husband asked him and he started explaining that it was his towels he took out and that she must be confused...he was nervous and fumbling for a explanation. When i asked for contact information for the owner he stated that the owner was out of town on vacation. I don't believe that since when i first arrived he was there making repairs to a few machines. I won't ever return to that place and with management like that I advise you to seek another laudromat. If the owners are reading this I hope you are aware of the type of person you have representing you and your establishment. Yes, I could have called the police and made a scene but that wasn't going took bring my towels back to me and I would have been stuck in that nasty place for the rest of my afternoon. At first myself and my husband thought this was a good laundry mat to go to, as overall the price for using the washers and dryers is pretty reasonable and affordable. For example if you use the the biggest size washer, it's only $3.75 for a 15 minute wash. The medium size washers range from $2 something a wash and the top loaders are very affordable to use as well. So as far as price goes for doing your wash, It's very affordable as well as Drying your clothes are very affordable too. The Dryers are $1.25 for 30 minute Dry time and you can add extra dry time if needed. Now for the reason this place is getting ONLY 1 STAR. The guy who works there, mind you we don't know if this man is the owner or not, but to give you an idea who we meaning myself and my husband are talking about, this guy whom again we are talking about whom works at this laundry mat is NOT professional at all. And doesn't clearly follow the Americans With Disability Act and I will get into why in just a second. Btw, this same man were telling you about so your aware of him if you go into this laundry mat is a very unprofessional person in our opinion. Why, we will tell you why........................ 1. He is not a very friendly person and will discriminate and give parents a hard time if parents have a Special Needs Child. Example: My Husband and myself have a precious 4.5 year old son who has Autism by no fault of his own. He also has ADHD tendencies and as we will admit as parents, it's not easy and as one could imagine, our son has a hard time sitting still, and likes to explore his surroundings a bit. He isn't a brat by any means like I'm sure some people would think he is, but he isn't. He can't help it. Lets put it this way, we have NO PLANS on EVER visiting this establishment again. Today which is 9/19/2016, we did our laundry there and after being harassed yet again, by this man in regards to what our son was doing, I almost left in tears. Oh yea, and a simple apology to this person isn't enough. Why, because for example, he will come up to you, voice his concerns which is no big deal but he will keep on running his mouth about it instead of making his point short and simple. How hard is it to make a point simple? Seriously! It's hard enough, and very hurtful on myself and my husbands heart watching our son with his struggles and than having to deal with the feeling like our son is being discriminated against because of issues the little guy didn't ask to have when he was born, which is Autism. If you ask what our son did. It wasn't anything bad at all. He was just being a kid. The only naughty thing he did was open up a few washers to see inside them as he is curious. BIG Fricken Deal. Geeze! We always correct our son when he does wrong. It's not like we just go out our way and let him do what he wants. Our son is NON VERBAL as it is and doesn't understand things like a child who doesn't have Moderate Autism issues. Look, were not making excuses for our son but if your reading this and you don't understand about Autism or what it is, before you possibly judge us, please read up on it. And learn about it. So you can better understand about it. Thank you for reading and please again just be aware if you especially have a precious child with disabilities because this is NOT the place you want to take your child if you have to do laundry because more than likely like ourselves, you will leave the place feeling uncomfortable, humiliated and overall you will feel like you don't belong there. Coin laundry is coin laundry. The facility is kept up, the workers are constantly sweeping and cleaning out filters. Plenty of washers and dryers, I've never had to wait- even when they are busy. Centralized location for the N/NE part of town. Safe and relaxed feel. read more
