I didn't know which one to choose but avoided the super cheap ones that were like $1. But still only paid $2.25 for a load. Used the larger dryers thanks to a nice gentlemen that told me it was the better option. Otherwise I wouldn't have known. They go by time, which a regular lightweight load really only needed 15 minutes. Vs the other one that's a set amount would have made me sit around for 30 minutes waiting for it to finish. Granted. It only costs $1 for that one so it depends on what you're drying and how much you value your time. Restroom and benches for while you wait. Carts to help you move your clothes as well.

I dropped it off at 1:10pm and they called me at 2:35pm to let me know it was ready. I told them that was fast and asked if they were sure it was mine and they said yes. I picked it up at 4:15pm and just now getting to bed at 1:25am. To my surprise I take it out of the bag and it's damp. I'm mad af. They charged me $25 to wash and DRY a queen topper that weighs 6 lbs and they didn't fully dry it. And they didn't have scent beads but didn't tell me that when I called them before dropping it off, or I would've brought my own. To top it off the soap they used smells gross. I wish I could only do half of my job and get paid in full. Lousy overpriced service. Never again.

He cleaned the restroom, & left again. Mind you, this was a Sunday. So, the fact that he came in was nice. The machines are clean & run with no issue. The vending machines were nicely stocked. BUT that's a minor thing and bigger problems in the world. The location is VERY clean, and the employees are ready to assist when someone like me can't figure out the app/scanning the machines.
